From the person who answers the initial call to final walk through, everyone was here when they said they would be and did what they said they would do. I just don't find that with a lot of service companies these days.

Overall, Essex Homes builds good houses. Just make sure Blaine Newman is not your supervisor. He lies and will try to get away with shoddy work. Check after him constantly if you get stuk with him and get everything in writing.
