    GuildQuality has helped our design/build company hardwire client feedback into several parts of our company: design, production, employee reviews, sales. It has also helped us present to prospective clients that we feel is both professional and sophisticated. We used to think we could do our own in-house surveys, but we didn't get great responses, the results were not hardwired into making our company better and holding ourselves accountable, and we did not have the elegant reporting of results.

    GuildQuality sets my company ahead of the competition. On a sales call I will show them our GuildQuality page instead of our website. All most people really want to see are pictures and testimonials when they go to your website anyway. We can more easily portray who we are and the company our clients want to work with through GuildQuality.

    GuildQuality is a wonderful place to bring together those who need reassurance as to the professionalism you bring as a company and those who have already experienced it. Seeing a client survey notice come across my Inbox is still as cool today as it was when we received our first glowing comments. I recommend anyone looking to solidify relationships with potential clients to look in to GuildQuality for a very simple, yet highly effective program.

    When I started working here 4 months ago, the company GuildQuality account had been ignored for quite some time. I was tasked with getting it back on track, and with the assistance of our Member Support Rep (Tom Hewetson) I found it to be very user-friendly. We're very happy with the results and with the way that the survey link comes up high on the list when someone googles us, which seems to be one of the primary ways we are discovered by potential clients. Reviews are very important to people now, and the GuildQuality review page is easy to read and navigate.

    We use GuildQuality as the exclusive tool for surveying our installed customer base. Our customers find it easy to use and like the fact that it is not very time consuming. I find that it is an excellent way for me to monitor our sales and installation process. It is a key factor in helping me maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

    In the fall of 2013 my boss emailed me the log in and password for GuildQuality and said we're going to be using this surveying service, learn how to use it and what if offers. At the time I had no idea what GQ was, nor had I ever heard of it. Here we are almost a year later and GuildQuality has made its way into almost every aspect of my job. We utilize GQ from customer satisfactions/service to SEO, Social Media and our Blog, to our Referral Program to our Sales pitch. Here's a break down of how our company uses GQ:We survey 100% of our customers after the completion of their job. The survey allow us to evaluate where we are successful and areas we need to improve on. We use the comments left by our customers attached with the before and after Photo's on our social media, on our website in the Our projects page, we redesigned our referral program with the core of it using the comments from the surveys, we use the map in our sales presentations to show prospect customers the jobs we've completed in their area and show them the comments their neighbors left about us. Our experience with GuildQuality has been extremely beneficial in almost all aspects of our business, we would highly recommend other contracting companies to take advantage of the seemingly endless benefits from using their services.

    Sideco customer reviews done by GuildQuality do more to help us get new customers than any thing else we do. When potential customers read the thoughts of our past customers they can usually find themselves or what they are thinking in our reviews. This is very valuable. Of course the more reviews you obtain the better.

    GuildQuality has been a significant asset for us by providing us with a way to promote our customer satisfaction scores and reviews in an effort to differentiate ourselves. In addition - it gives customers a better forum to share constructive feedback that they aren't always prepared to give immediately after the service is completed.

    GuildQuality is a great company with amazing employees always willing to spend time with you to get you the answers you need. It is a legitimate company that you can get honest feedback from to see where your company can improve and it also allows your potential customers to read reviews by previous customers to see what your company is about.
