I actually had a written plan that I was going to add a position to our company to specifically do what GuildQuality does. When I heard about it I called them and immediately signed up. The third party review is great for utilizing in the sales process, and for getting feedback from our customer on how we can better serve them in the future. The survey's are easy to use and don't take a lot of time. Even though we used to do a similar survey internally I think it ads more credibility to the results having a 3rd party conduct the survey and publish results.
