    GuildQuality is the easiest and most efficient way to gain valuable insight from our clients and their feedback provides excellent insight for those homeowners who want an honest analysis of our services. I think all builders and remodelers should make life easier for homeowners and sign up with a third-party survey company to gain this information and provide it to those homeowners considering them. GuildQuality would definitely be our choice AND our recommendation to others.

    The best predictor of future behavior is past behavior. My reputation is the sum of my past behavior. Therefore, my past behavior and reputation is the best data source to predict future behavior. Without Guild Quality my clients would not have a reliable method to judge the performance they will expect when we are hired. We can tell potential clients how great we are and that we are the best repair remodeling firm in the known universe, but that won't have the impact of what former clients say about us.

    The surveys don't really help us improve because most of the reviews are very general and not specific at all. Most are generalities like good job or great work.

    As a service oriented custom home builder, receiving consistent, meaningful and independent survey results from our clients is a critical feedback loop. I've used GuildQuality since they were founded. They make this process easy and affordable and are true experts in their field. I highly recommend GQ to other builders.

    I think Guild Quality has been an invaluable tool for our business, and at a very reasonable cost. Without Guild Quality it is nearly impossible to get the totally honest feedback that an outside survey gets.

    I feel like the feedback we get is too general and not very specific at all. It doesn't really help us grow as a company if the only feedback we are getting is good job, or they did great. We would like more specifics from our surveys.

    This service has been great! The reports are so easy to use and help us keep track of how our clients are seeing their experience with our company. Also, any time I have ever had a problem GuildQuality gets back to me very quickly with the help that I need.

    The services offered by Guild Quality operate as explained to us. The reporting tools are versatile and allow us to analyze responses in detail. The tools and add-ons available for our website and social media work a expected and are user (customer) friendly.The only issue I have is that reviews (unlike comments) are published regardless of content to our profile and also to our website via the promotion tools and, therefore, can sometimes contain messages we are not interested in publishing. There is no way to suppress this without losing functionality.

    I am very pleased with the service from Guild Quality. What a difference a survey makes within the whole company. We did use a customer satisfaction rating system prior to Guild Quality, but we were relying on someone from the office always sending out these and for the most part we did not get anything back. With Guild Quality's follow up we do get if not all most all reports back from the consumers. What a difference they have made for our company. The competition is fierce between project managers to get the best surveys back for there jobs the are managing with a bonus is given to them for reaching specific goals. Thank you all at Guild Quality for bringing back the fun in building swimming pools.
