GuildQuality has helped our design/build company hardwire client feedback into several parts of our company: design, production, employee reviews, sales. It has also helped us present to prospective clients that we feel is both professional and sophisticated. We used to think we could do our own in-house surveys, but we didn't get great responses, the results were not hardwired into making our company better and holding ourselves accountable, and we did not have the elegant reporting of results.

When I started working here 4 months ago, the company GuildQuality account had been ignored for quite some time. I was tasked with getting it back on track, and with the assistance of our Member Support Rep (Tom Hewetson) I found it to be very user-friendly. We're very happy with the results and with the way that the survey link comes up high on the list when someone googles us, which seems to be one of the primary ways we are discovered by potential clients. Reviews are very important to people now, and the GuildQuality review page is easy to read and navigate.
