We are very happy with GuildQuality over all. Our only complaint is the 0-4 scale. a 3 is basically 75% and a 4 is 100%. Our customers don't want to give us a 75%, but they would like to say we were not 100%/absolutely perfect. Most of the time they want to give us an A instead of an A+ and that is not an option.
