GuildQuality surveying has been very important to G&L and Sons Renovations for the past 3 years. We have been able to take the feedback gathered from our past clients and use it to make changes to our company. The survey results show us immediately when we started to loose our focus on quality and satisfaction. Unfortunately the service is not self propelled as initially sold. It requires a lot of personal time invested to get customer data list for GuildQuality to contact and the percentage of surveys/reports generated from that was extremely low. We have also not seen any traffic re-directed to our website that would increase our exposure (another sales pitch).
Very sorry to have mis-set expectations. That's the exact opposite of what we want to do, and one of the primary reasons we offer a free trial. Our team has reached out to see how they can help.
GuildQuality provides a credible third party source for our Customers to report their job satisfaction to. We feel like we are getting the "real deal" in terms of Customer feedback when the results are reported back to us through GuildQuality.
