They have invested heavily in their internet division which has in turn significantly increased our company's exposure in organic search, especially in the highly rated "reviews" category. The customer service team!! Everyone I work with has great customer service skills. They are personable, helpful and prompt in taking care of things!
As a contractor that very much cares about the customer's experience with us, I find the surveying helpful so we can improve our services and know what and what is not working well. We inform the via email or in person that someone will be contacting them and I haven;t had any push back yet from customers about surveying us. We hope to continue this service for years to come and hope more people will find the surveys helpful in choose the right contractor for them

I am very pleased with the service that GuildQuality provides. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. I know if I have any questions or concerns, I can pick up the phone and get the assistance I need. We have been a little slow in utilizing the services in full, but we are working toward using all the features they offer. GuildQuality has a great product, and I we really enjoy it. It took them a long time to get me sign up, and now I wish I hadn't waited so long. They have wonderful people, and their survey system is fantastic.

We consider GuildQuality as an extension of our internal team. Unfortunately the service is not self propelled as initially sold. It requires a lot of personal time invested to get customer data list for GuildQuality to contact and the percentage of surveys/reports generated from that was extremely low. We have also not seen any traffic re-directed to our website that would increase our exposure (another sales pitch).
Very sorry to have mis-set expectations. That's the exact opposite of what we want to do, and one of the primary reasons we offer a free trial. Our team has reached out to see how they can help.
