The Guild Quality process discriminates against reviewers who type less than 25 words by not counting their rating in the company's score. People are very busy these days. Some have habits that never type reviews of more than a few words. Guild Quality does not consider these people when calculating the company's overall rating which compromises the integrity of the score. As an example, one company surveyed 4269 people and received 2984 responses. Their GQ rating is based on 163 reviews. Therefore, this company's score is based on a 5% sample of responses, effectively excluding 95% of the surveys. If the goal is to provide a fair overall representation of a company's performance, the current GQ rating system does not provide that.
My overall experience with GuildQuality has been superior.
