Woodwise design and remodeling inc., recently worked with us to build an outstanding multi-level outdoor living space with a large screened porch, covered hot tub, and additional storage areas.The porch features separate living and dining areas, unique lighting and heating components, a stone fireplace and bahama shutters.We began the project with some conceptual ideas but needed considerable help to bring these to a workable reality. The Woodwise design team spent countless hours with us helping to develop these ideas, suggest insightful additions and solutions, bring us to convergence with multiple components and assist with visualizing the final product. These sessions were always a delight and created significant expectations on our part for the final product. Construction was a dream. The project management and contractors were first class individuals with excellent talent and an extremely polite and pleasant disposition. The management of the job site was simply astounding regarding tidiness and cleanliness. We always knew where we were and what was happening, who was coming when and to do what. Where further input was required from us, expectations were set in good time and all in all it was managed very well indeed.Where issues occurred with third party manufacturers and products, Woodwise did a first class job of taking ownership for driving these issues to a successful resolution - completely isolating us from any concern or worry. The confidence that this inspired in us cannot be overstated.Having now lived with the final product for three months, we are extremely pleased with the result - not only in terms of the quality of build, which is excellent, but in terms of how well it fit our original hopes and dreams - perhaps that is the greatest testimony of all.We have already recommended Woodwise to the many friends and neighbors who have commented on our new space and will continue to do so. We would not hesitate to use Woodwise and again and will likely do so.
