We received exceptional service from the minute we first walked in to M/R Plumbing and the minute we met Bob Smith. His people who did the work on my bathroom were professional, courteous and so enjoyable to have them in my home.

We went into M/R Plumbing Mart looking for shower doors and other fixtures. That's when we first met Bob Smith and mentioned to him what our plans were. He said that's exactly what he does and we were pleasantly surprised. Bob came over to take a look, measure, etc. From the minute we met him, both my husband and I instantly liked him and hoped that his proposal was within the project budget as I just knew he was who we wanted. After we met and agreed to the proposal, that's when the fun began picking out all the things for our new bathroom. Bob told me after everything is all picked out, then I was to relax and the rest is up to him. Everything all went as planned and exactly the way he said it would. There is just not one area to pinpoint in our satisfaction, it was perfect from the time we first met Bob Smith.

M/R Plumbing was extremely courteous and patient with the entire process of remodeling my bathroom. We had run into more than the usual problems and they were great! I really appreciated their expertise and kindness. Everyone was a pleasure with which to work. The quality of the products and workmanship were excellent. I am very happy with the end result.
