This was just a repair for my LeafGuard gutter; a section of my gutters had to be replaced. My construction company was in charge of the whole project so I didn't really have anything to do with it. Everyone was always on the same page when it came to information and scheduling. Everything I was told by either the office staff or the salesman was true. They were all very prompt and I knew exactly when to expect what work to be done.

I was having difficulty with one of the downspouts with my old gutters. They checked behind them and found there was no flashing at all, so they totally redid all flashings and did a great job. It's excellent craftsmanship.

The installation crew were very, very prompt. They were here when they promised us the second time after rescheduling, and they did the job amazingly fast without skipping any corners. They didn't leave behind any trash or anything like that. They did a very , very good job. We haven't had chance to test the gutters since it hasn't rained, but we imagine it will be in the next few weeks.

First off, I was most satisfied with the Salesperson I had with LeafGuard of Portland. Steve White was very professional and friendly. There were times where we would talk about things on a personal level. It was nice knowing that you did not have to go by the books. Both of us were highly impressed by Steve.
