I phoned them in August to do this. I gave them money the first week in September. They installed it last week. That is my problem. It took way too long to install it. They had the money by the end of September. Their is a metal roof. They also know that it took forever. When they came in the first week in January, they did the job by getting on a latter. They never got onto my roof. I was given several different stories. Their is my annoyance. That was an awful amount of time to wait. We never did the job in December. The workmen were excellent and they did a great job in fixing the problem. I'm thrilled that I got it. I would recommend getting LeafGuard gutters. The low spot is in the middle. I get a lot of drips from the gutters. My neighbor has the same problem. I don't have the problem as of now. The product is excellent. They goofed in servicing me. I had to wait four months. Annita was very good in the beginning. The workmen were excellent and the quality of work was excellent. They could of done a better job in servicing me.

I'm generally satisfied with that and I would recommmend LeafGuard to friends and staff that I have at work.

The area where I was most satisfied with LeafGuard Pacific was with the installation and when I called, they were prompt. A piece was blown away, so I was concerned about that. They were prompt in responding.

Also, I thought the 6 month no cost loan is a fantastic service to help your customers come up with the money to buy these gutters. I will benefit from this as a retiree so I have some time to save up $8000 to pay for them. All I have to do is give up several vacation trips we had planned next year. [Just messing around there with you a little bit re the cost. LOL]

I am satisfied with the completed project. I inspected some of the the gutters and they are working correctly. They didn't have the plastic lawn signs that are placed in yard & would like to have one.

The guys worked really hard. Robert was really helpful and took the time to explain everything to us. He made sure we understood the process. The guys who put it up worked hard and were helpful and friendly. If I had any questions, they were more than happy to answer which I thought was nice.

It was a really good job. I really liked it. I sent pictures of the job to my sister. I can't say enough about how great the project was. The only issue was, they were supposed to start on a Wednesday but they got set behind because of another job. They would have finished on Thursday but there was a really long gutter out in front and they were trying to put it up and it kicked a bit because the weight was off. They had to come out the next day and bring more guys out so it got dragged out a little longer. They were really helpful and very good, it was just a little longer than they expected.

I can't think of one thing. I found the people I had contact with plus the whole process to be professional and reassuring.
