I phoned them in August to do this. I gave them money the first week in September. They installed it last week. That is my problem. It took way too long to install it. They had the money by the end of September. Their is a metal roof. They also know that it took forever. When they came in the first week in January, they did the job by getting on a latter. They never got onto my roof. I was given several different stories. Their is my annoyance. That was an awful amount of time to wait. We never did the job in December. The workmen were excellent and they did a great job in fixing the problem. I'm thrilled that I got it. I would recommend getting LeafGuard gutters. The low spot is in the middle. I get a lot of drips from the gutters. My neighbor has the same problem. I don't have the problem as of now. The product is excellent. They goofed in servicing me. I had to wait four months. Annita was very good in the beginning. The workmen were excellent and the quality of work was excellent. They could of done a better job in servicing me.

All the staff I met were great. Very knowledgeable, professional and service oriented. Great to deal with every one of them. Sales person was excellent and very clear about all the benefits and costs involved. Lucky to have a guy like Robert on your team. Also, I thought the 6 month no cost loan is a fantastic service to help your customers come up with the money to buy these gutters. I will benefit from this as a retiree so I have some time to save up $8000 to pay for them. All I have to do is give up several vacation trips we had planned next year. [Just messing around there with you a little bit re the cost. LOL]

The guys worked really hard. Robert was really helpful and took the time to explain everything to us. He made sure we understood the process. The guys who put it up worked hard and were helpful and friendly. If I had any questions, they were more than happy to answer which I thought was nice.

It was a really good job. I really liked it. I sent pictures of the job to my sister. I can't say enough about how great the project was. The only issue was, they were supposed to start on a Wednesday but they got set behind because of another job. They would have finished on Thursday but there was a really long gutter out in front and they were trying to put it up and it kicked a bit because the weight was off. They had to come out the next day and bring more guys out so it got dragged out a little longer. They were really helpful and very good, it was just a little longer than they expected.

About GuildQuality and our Guildmembers

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.

Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.

All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).

Surveys, Comments and Reviews

All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.

In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.

A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.

Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
