We were concerned about being away during much of the construction time. Crimson's obvious honesty and professional approach to the project allayed our concerns.

Before we called Crimson Design we had very little experience with major remodeling or construction. From the first meeting, to the completion of our addition, Crimson made everything happen. They always came through with the attitude of "leave your worries to us".

We had concerns over the ability for a design firm to stick to their workplan. We also had issues with previous firms that didnt keep their commitments or did slopy work. From the start of the project, Crimson was different. They carefully walked us through each step of the process. They communicated with us every day and provided weekly summaries of job status. They always made recommendations when they felt we were at risk of going the wrong direction on a design choice. Overall they were good partners at every stage of the project.

We have had several projects completed on our house, from small to large, prior to selecting Crimson Design & Construction. Our previous projects were never on time. Crimson Design & Construction was the first design and construction firm to work to their original plan even thought we added scope along the way. They are truly exceptional project managers.

In addition to being exceptional architects, they are master carpenters. This means that they dont wash their hands of the construction just becuase the design is done. Rather they understand how design will translate into construction becuase they have expertise in both phases of the project.

We're very happy with Crimson. The project was completed a few years ago, and we still maintain a very good relationship with Joel and Neil. We feel we can contact them with questions and we always get answers. They really go "above and beyond", they take pride in their projects. We have and will continue to recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I can't say enough on behalf of the people there and their management of the job itself. It just went extremely well!

We are most satisfied with the way the overall project was handled. The cost and schedule were right on target and the quality was first rate. The biggest unexpected benefit was the interior design guidance offered by Stephanie.

The customer service was excellent. Their objective to please the customer was evident throughout the process. I felt like I was part of the team, but could rely on them to make good judgement calls on what options to choose.

They were even more concerned than I was in making sure that it was done correctly, not cheaply.

Crimson was one of 4 companies we interviewed to use to remodel our kitchen. We chose them because of their professionalism, their clear proposal, their eye for detail, but more importantly, they made us feel very important and like we were their only client -- and that is so important no matter how small or big your project is. They are a great group of people to work with from the top down. We plan to use them for our basement in the very near future.

We're doing another project and we're using Crimson, of course. I'd recommend them to anyone. They are terrific. Their crew is great. If I call them for anything, they are right out there. They're always there if I need them for anything, no matter how old the project is. I don't think I'd use anyone but them.

They were very professional: Showed up when they said they would and did what they said they would do.

Any time you have a project like this there are unexpected problems, but they handled them very well and made our place more usable and livable.
