From the architects to the builder, the vision really happened. I was pleased with the job foreman. We communicated well with him back and forth. It's helpful to be able to communicate with the foreman. He really kept us posted.

Airoom really came in and looked at my project from start to finish and then executed exactly what they said. The city of Chicago put up a few walls during the planning phase of the project but Airoom adjusted to ensure that I recieved what I wanted while still complying with the city codes. Airoom performed just as I had expected and I was happy to use them and would recommend them in the future.

Overall we had a positive experience with Airoom. Our archetect Kevin listened to what we were looking for and designed a kitchen with our needs in mind. Our meetings with Airoom's team were detailed and informative. Our project manager Steve communicated with us daily and made great adjustments when needed. The crew was very clean and professional. We look forward to using them again for our next major rehab project.

We are very pleased with Airoom. Dudley listened on our first meeting and came back with what we asked, when we thought some more and the ability to express what I wanted and how we were going to use it, the designed adapted perfectly. The team was respectful of our budget and also of our needs as we stayed in our home during the construction process. There were cost surprises or construction delays. The quality of the finished project is wonderful and we enjoy it .

Airoom was truly a one stop shop. From design to execution to supervision, everything was executed at a very high standard. Airoom had a difficult time dealing with pre-existing conditions due to the poor quality of construction on a previous addition by another contractor, but they treated the issue very professionally and enhanced the quality of construction of the home, which has in turn saved us money on heat bills, water, etc... We have had friends ask many times if we could go back and change some part of the project, what would it be? Our answer, unilaterally, is nothing. We had a great experience with Airoom.

The entire team at Elevations did a wonderful job on my home. I had a new roof installed, new siding on the entire house, a new garage door and my back porch fully enclosed. From my first meeting with Bill Satler I felt like I was in good hands. Bill listened to my ideas and put them into a coherent and cohesive vision. The rendering he gave me of my house ended up being spot on. Liz Hackel was my customer service point of contact. I truly appreciated her weekly check-ins. It was nice to know what the status of the job was, especially before the work had actually started on the house.And last, but certainly not least, is Len Zegiel, the superintendent of my job. Len was an absolute pleasure to work with. As a first time homeowner, I had no experience with any remodeling work. Len was very patient with me, answering any questions I had and lending advice when I felt lost. Len made me feel comfortable. I realized that I could rely on him to keep the job running smoothly with little worry on my part. He made sure that my house was completely livable during the 3 months of construction. The crew cleaned up every night and did not leave me with any mess at the end of the job.My house does not look like it was remodeled – it looks brand new! My neighbors (many of whom I had never met before) have stopped by on several occasions to compliment me on the house and thank me for the increase in the neighborhood’s curb appeal.

Elevation was so professional, on time, and also on budget. They did a great job on my home overall. There was an issue that came up almost a year later and they came back immediately to take care of it.

Our goal for our lower-level renovation was to take a boxy, uninspiring space, add volume to the ceilings and create an inviting and livable space consistent with the style and and level of finish of the rest of our house. Not only did the final product exceed our expectations--the process did as well.
Creative, good communicators, good problem solvers, fixed anything that wasn't right the first time. Les (our project manager) was terrific.
