Quality Of Workmanship - Absolutely outstanding. The I did not find a single flaw in the construction of the cabinets. The fitup at installation was so smooth because the cabinets were so precise.

Value - At first I was looking at "big box" cabinets. Our budget was tight, and I am a do-it-yourselfer. I rarely use contractors. But I needed some very specific things out of this kitchen upgrade. MKE made that possible with a fair price for exceptional quality cabinets.

Areas For Improvement

Areas For Improvement - As a do-it-yourselfer on a first time cabinet installation, (and an engineer), I needed more technical information than a kitchen remodeling contractor would need. I think this got hard for the sales dept to handle sometimes. Ultimately, when I connected with the designer, the response to technical questions greatly improved. I would recommend getting needy people to that point sooner. The drawings provided had dimensions suitible for defining the cabinets, but were missing many dimensions I needed for installation. I was able to get them from the designer, but I needed to ask for them.

There were some avoidable issues with installation. BUT the cabinets and finished product are fabulous.
