I liked how well builtthe grage is and how fast it was put up and the care after the work was done
They were wonderful. They knew what they were doing, and everybody had their own job and knew how to do it. It was very well built.
Friendly personal with skills in building structures as garages. From day one they went over the measurements, siding, garage door color, Windows, and garage door opener. This garage was 24 foot long and 18 foot wide and was erected in one day. And the best part the price to build it was reasonable.
1 We liked the end product, unacceptable process
> We signed a contract and sent a deposit to Coach House Garages in April 2025 for a 24x30 garage to replace our 1-car garage. The project manager told us he expected completion by June.
> Timeline of issues:
- April–June: No permit submitted. I had to reach out in June and was told it “would be worked on right away.”
- July 21: Told they needed a copy of the deed.
- September 2: Permit finally received. Demo happened end of September.
- November: Concrete poured. Then told there may be an overhead line issue with Brightspeed/Brighthouse. 7 months in, I was asked to research and contact the utility myself. I got them in touch with the PM, but communication stalled.
- December–January: We agreed to flip the roof design to avoid the lines and asked to move forward. No updates until mid-January when my wife had to reach out. PM said he was “still working with Brightspeed.” We confirmed again to just flip the roof.
- January 26: Told project was suspended due to cold, but we’d be “first on the list.”
- Mid-February: Framed in one day.
- March: PM asked me to pull the electrical permit because it’d be “faster.” I had to ask for his help to complete it. He then announced he was leaving the company. I requested a handoff meeting with the new PM — it never happened.
- End of April 2026: Garage finally completed — 1 full year after deposit.
> The result: The garage itself is nice and we’re happy with the build quality. But we cannot recommend Coach House Garages due to the lack of communication, repeated delays, and poor project management. We had to chase for updates at nearly every step. We received no apologies for the delays. When the replacement PM took over, his main concern seemed to be payment, not addressing the year of issues.

Vince was an exceptional liaison throughout the entire garage-building process. He remained consistently communicative, friendly, and informative from start to finish.
I do have one piece of feedback: I had requested that one of the contractors involved provide at least 24 hours’ notice before needing access to my home. On two separate occasions, they arrived without prior notice, which created some stress as I was working and needed to disconnect my Wi-Fi.
However, this issue was in no way a reflection of Vince’s performance.
I would not hesitate to recommend Vince to any of my colleagues, neighbors, or friends. And I've asked for (Garage) recommend recommendations. I will be completely happy to recommend him along with Coach House Garage. Thank you guys for everything!
The work was good quality.
The support of Jason Ohley in planning layout of the garage was excellent. The build quality is excellent.
Our salesman Jeff Rabourn kept us up to date throughout the process. That meant a lot to me.
I called around to different places and was not satisfied. Some didn’t return calls and others were not interested in a small garage project.
Coach House returned my call soon after I left a message.
I would recommend Coach House Garages for any garage project, small or large.
Everything! The only problem was the weather didn’t cooperate as we would’ve liked, but who on earth can control that?
The exceptional work and coordination to get the project done and the quality of workmanship was outstanding. I have seen other similar buildings and don’t believe they compare the Coach House
I have already recommended them. I was so excited that I invited the neighborhood to come over and take a gander at the work and have called people and recommended them to call Coach House Garages.
Pay attention to detail and work with the customer.
On resolving issues quickly?
Randy Roger's great to work with. Very well built. Garage was up in one day Nice!
There were several things not quite right, but I live with them. One of them being that the walls on one side are bowed out a little, about half an inch or so. It is not square and made it hard to finish on the inside.
Excellent quality. Upfront pricing. Excellent communication.
I would tell anyone looking to build a garage to call Coach House first !
Great value, great service, great materials, and very accommodating to my custom build.
We were pleased with our team and the quality of the work. Even though we knew going in that the structure would be built off-site and then assembled, not being able to make adjustments "in the field" led to some level of disappointment with the finished height.
Everything was just easy
Coach House was great to work with from Scott Robinson, our sales rep, to the entire construction crew! Our garage looks exactly like we had designed it. It is absolutely amazing how they can put up the entire garage that fast. Quality materials and work!!
Everything, all work was done as promised, very good communication, nice people to do business with.
Yes! We love our garage!!
They are a first class company. We had to go through a lot of red tape to get our garage built. They were there all the way. they made sure we got exactly what we wanted and I have never seen a more professional building crew.
Coach House Garages was very professional and they assembled it all in one day.
