Damaged my siding at one window location

Freddy was efficient and friendly. Windows look great. Haven’t used them as weather is too hot.

Overall, the guys that came and installed were awesome. They did a great job and were very thorough. However, the customer service was very unprofessional.

On time fast and efficient

They promised me a $100 gift card. I haven't gotten it yet or heard back from the salesperson.

I sent an email to the president of the company, I still haven't heard a word. We were promised something they don't do and it wasn't finished.

communication about installation could have been better. installers came out literally last minute in terms of the window we were told and it took 3 days to do installation when we were told it would take 1 with maybe a little going into the 2nd day. We did have rain the first two days, but installers were here for a full third day to finish. By all appearances they did a good job, just the overall timing didn't match up with what we were told in the sales process

I was informed each step of the way and communicated with regularly. Project completed earlier than anticipated.
