Roof came out great. Only complaint was we wanted EVERYTHING replaced. We aren’t roofing professionals so don’t know all the terminology, but thought we made it clear we wanted everything done no matter the price. We were surprised some fairly rotted soffit? I think that was the piece was put back up. When my husband called about it Roger said in the voicemail it was “cheesy” and that was why it didn’t go back together well. He said that replacing it would have upped the estimate. We would have happily paid more had we been told/shown that it was not in great shape. It made us wonder if the crew wasn’t running SO far behind that day if we would’ve been given the option to pay more and have it replaced.

The estimator was knowledgible and did a full inspection of the roof and attic area prior to writing the estimate. The crew that came to install my new roof were prompt and early. The supervisor Rick explained the steps and process and was there to answer all our questions. The crew was professional and their work and craftsmanship was out standing. The supervisor Rick stayed to the very end to ensure we were completely happy with the job.

Very pleased with the experience from beginning to end. Phil, our rep explained the process in detail and did the initial roof inspection and provided a competitive quote for the job. We discussed a specific time frame for doing the job and I received a call right on schedule and given a day and time of arrival. Rich, the Forman and crew arrived exactly on time a d went right to work prepping the area. To my amazement the job was completed in just eight hours. Rich and crew worked methodically and in sync. I was definitely impressed with the professionalism throughout the whole process and have already recommended your company to a friend.

Total communication at every level from office staff [Abby and Jenny] to site supervisor, Richard. The crew was totally focused on the task at hand and worked carefully and responsibly. All yard decor was removed and covered to prevent any type of damage. At the conclusion of day's work, all items were replaced in the exact, same location. Richard guaranteed that both house and tool shed would be finished in one day. It was. Then, Richard asked if I would like to do a walk-around. This is a "well-oiled" machine who takes pride in what they do. All my concerns were addressed clearly and professionally.

Waterman did an outstanding hob overall on our new roof! Phil at Waterman was super helpful and professional throughout the estimate process and was on site and ready to help in any manner throughout the project.
