Total communication at every level from office staff [Abby and Jenny] to site supervisor, Richard. The crew was totally focused on the task at hand and worked carefully and responsibly. All yard decor was removed and covered to prevent any type of damage. At the conclusion of day's work, all items were replaced in the exact, same location. Richard guaranteed that both house and tool shed would be finished in one day. It was. Then, Richard asked if I would like to do a walk-around. This is a "well-oiled" machine who takes pride in what they do. All my concerns were addressed clearly and professionally.

Waterman did an outstanding hob overall on our new roof! Phil at Waterman was super helpful and professional throughout the estimate process and was on site and ready to help in any manner throughout the project. The crew was professional and did an extremely good job overall and when we had an issue with a portion of the metal work they came back and fully rectified all the issues… Great… Great… Great follow through and work overall!!!
