Terry Hoff construction is a fully licensed and accredited contracting firm that specializes in custom homes, renovations, remodeling and commercial projects. We have over 22 years experience. The success of our company is based on honesty, uncompromising attention to detail, and prompt and efficient service to both current and old customers. Our team listens to our clients and is sensitive to their time and budget. We have routinely worked with out-of-state customers, some from as far away as California; we have an excellent process for communicating freely during the course of a project. We like to work closely with architects and engineers whenever possible to develop cost-effective solutions to construction issues during the design stage, versus costlier solutions later when the project is underway. Our bids are complete packages that provide detailed specifications for al aspects of our proposed work. We quote a turnkey package that includes all costs, from permitting and site work to final cleaning and insurance costs. Once a project is underway, we communicate regularly with clients on necessary selections, choices, and decisions needed. Our monthly statements include detailed costs tracking sheets that keep customers on top of their job costs versus their budget. The result is a project of the highest quality – quality both we and our clients can be proud of – and with no surprises. Our team’s commitment and enthusiasm will make your project a fun and pleasant building experience. We encourage all of our prospective clients to contact any of our past customers or the architects with whom we have worked. They are our best advertisement!
GuildQuality customer satisfaction surveys enable homeowners to rate their contractor on a scale of zero to four (with zero being the worst and four being the best) in all sorts of categories. Our members can publish a summary of those answers here on their profile page, displaying a bar for as many or as few questions as they like. The score for each category indicates the percentage of survey respondents who answered a three or four to that particular question.Learn more about the feedback published on this page.

We display two types of written homeowner feedback on GuildQuality member profile pages: Comments and Reviews.
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.Learn more about reviews and comments.
