Horrible built all the light socket are breaking from behind the floor on the second floor near the laundry room feels like it’s breaking through

The reason I am giving a rating of 3 is because of the issues I am about to mention. On a positive note, Starlight’s offer of free appliances, such as the GE dishwasher, washer, dryer, and stove, was a big draw for me. Normally, you only get a stove included, so that was a plus. However, I gave a rating of 3 because the appliances are the lowest grade. Had I known this, I would not have moved forward, as the appliance offer was a major selling point for me. I have also had issues with the dishwasher, as it does not completely dry the dishes. The washer also stays wet inside. I have concerns with the washing machine and dryer as well. I am currently waiting for someone from GE to come and explain why I am having these problems. One issue is that you cannot put too many clothes in the washer; you have to use a very minimal load, or the washer may stop mid-cycle. The dryer sometimes dries some items, but other times I have to run it twice, which means a normal wash day takes the whole day because you are doing small loads at a time. Who has time to spend an entire day washing and drying clothes? These are the problems and issues I have experienced.

The houses were too pricey, and the construction quality was poor.

The HOA doesn't really do their job. The house is fine, but the HOA connected to Starlight Homes isn't good.

The smoke detectors keep going off randomly. We called the warranty company and they never called us back. Imagine a brand new home and smoke detector keeps blaring at different times. To date, no restriction.

Had inspection done and not many things were worked on in fact major problems were not fixed had to get ac worked on when shut down and several other cheap installs with short screws on door entry still my back door locks are no matching my keys
