What I like most about Starlight Thomas was you guys were not difficult to deal with you guys everything was explained to where you would understand everything that they’re having to say especially one of the QA inspector Q he’s an inspector. He kind of told me pretty much everything I need you to know about my home once I moved in and all the steps to take in carrying and maintaining it. That’s what I like most about it.

I would recommend Starlight because the process was smooth and the houses are built beautifully and strong

It might just be the taylor area but the amenities like different areas for the kids . I know it's mainly for people that are here because of samsung but it would be nice for the family's that are making it home.

The first morning I woke up to a flooded downstairs bathroom. It was fixed right away but it was just a lot for a new home. Now, the washing machine floods the laundry room daily. I’m not sure if it’s the machine or the piping.

They help you through the process of buying a home, and that was really beneficial for us.

This is not a good place. The HOA is not good. Starlight Homes are not maintaining their property.

Starlight Homes was really helpful in answering every question I had during the buying process.

My overall experience has been average. I understand and appreciate the purpose of having an HOA to help keep the neighborhood clean and well-maintained. However, I do not agree with being told in great detail what I can and cannot do on my own property. There should be a reasonable balance between community standards and homeowner freedom.

Additionally, I have noticed some areas of the neighborhood where the grass is overgrown, which seems inconsistent with the standards homeowners are expected to follow.

Another concern is the amount of streets marked as "No Parking – Fire Lane." While I understand the safety reasons behind these restrictions, they significantly limit available parking for residents and guests. When homeowners have family gatherings or visitors, it can be difficult to find adequate parking. More consideration should be given to where guests are expected to park in these situations.

Overall, I believe there are opportunities to improve both the homeowner experience and the practicality of the community's rules and design.

Plumbing issues since first home inspection theres been multiple leaks from my water main. Construction supervisor rushed me through inspection and didnt show me what I was signing for told him multiple things that were wrong with home but he didnt care about much just talked about how hes really over ashton woods homes across the street. The three times the plumber has came to “fix” leak weve had water leak onto sidewalks and street.

Definitely! I have already recommended Starlight Homes to others. Ruben Olivo was awesome and helped me out a lot during the sales process. Mike, the construction manager, also helped and continues to help—any problems that arise, they address right away. There have been no problems whatsoever.
