We want to sincerely apologize for the rocky experience. Falling short on our initial communication during the concrete phase set an uncertain tone early on, and we know we missed the mark. Furthermore, changing crews unexpectedly and having our team fail to introduce themselves or check in with you each morning did not reflect the level of respect and professionalism you deserved. Your feedback directly led to coaching across all of our crews regarding daily check-ins and customer communication. While we are glad we were able to step up and redo the patio to ensure you got the high-quality final result you paid for, we know a great end product should always come with a seamless experience from day one. We were extremely happy with working with the original sales, especially with all the changes we went through. The willingness of Zion working with us was great. The crew was accommodating, friendly, and respectful of the property. They made sure we were in agreeance with everything they were going to do. The whole process and cleanup was good. The Zion representatives were very cordial, friendly, and nice. We were extremely satisfied with the work they did.
