They need to work on communication. The overall project was good, but the communication was horrible. I felt we were left in the dark, and they did some things without our approval. I was disappointed overall. The project had too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Everybody's business can be improved, and communication was lacking. What they said in the beginning is not what happened during the process.
