My project took 3 attempts to get right but was ultimately left uncorrected. Communication and follow-up eventually ceased as well. The product finish (as opposed to the finished product) looks good but there are areas that need to be looked at. Perhaps the attention to the lifetime warranty will right the situation and change my perspective.
