The process was quick and precise. Your representative was very kind and informative by the end of our visit. I knew exactly what I was purchasing and the installing was quick and simple. We are now enjoying our new walk-in shower.

It may have taken a little extra time to get the product and that's because of the excellent quality control of the warehouse noticing something that wasn't 100% correct. Great job to everyone involved in getting the order correct and making sure we were 100% satisfied.

Luke was here and worked steady to put 2 windows in. He included me during the process by asking my opinion on choices of finishes on the windows. He was polite, efficient, knowledgeable, did an excellent job of cleaning up when he was done. He noted a flaw in the glass, one part was the wrong size for the window and the 2 screens were not included with the order. All of these problems were explained and plan is in place to correct.

The whole process went smoothly. Both Andrew and Randy did superior workmanship. They explained what they were doing and why. Graydon presented the product very well and the process. All were friendly. A nice experience.

The windows seem like quality windows but your business practice is not good.

Let's see, the whole process took over 2 months to complete, with over a month of that being finishing up with the countertops. The countertop installers were late and unable to complete the job because after being here 2 times, they still did not have everything needed to do what they were supposed to - on top of showing up at our house 5 hours after they were expected! The countertops were cut for the wrong sink, the backsplash was not sent with the installers, the note on our order said we wanted door pulls but no drawer pulls but we ended up with drawer pulls and the caulking around the top of the cabinets is cracking.

Even with the set backs in the beginning the end project is beautiful and worth the wait.

The problem is with the actual order. On the original order the window was to be white on the outside and foxglove on the inside(have a wood look close to oak). When the window was put in, no one realized it wasn't correct until it was almost complete. Being the window was in, we decided to let it go.
On the second install, the product came with scratches all over. Due to so much damage to the screens they were re-ordered. It took forever for the screens to be replaced.
On the third install, 2 windows came in wrong. The dimensions were correct on the paperwork but when ordered the dimensions were switched(length/width).
