Ordered windows in March 2024, contact was okay the first couple months with installation expected to happen in June 2024. After that we struggled to get ahold of anyone until late September. In November 2024 installation of the windows finally began. A couple windows were broken in a predicted wind storm in which the contractor left the windows outside. This led to more windows needing to be Ordered. Between installation, incorrect screen colors and window framing issues, the project was not complete until Fall of 2025. 18 months after the process was started.

Very professional and did a great job on the shower install

In good conscience, I could not recommend Your Home Improvement - Seattle to anyone. The final product was not professional, looked like it was installed by a DIY homeowner with no experience and the hardware looks used and cheap. Completely disappointed. If this review is even read by anyone, please avoid this company. Do your homework, get recommendations from friends. I thought I did my research but I decided to go with a company that no one heard over. Never again.

They told us initially that the installation was going to start in June, but they came in earlier. They left things behind because they didn't have the complete parts. When I asked for some type of reimbursement, they told me no and that they had already gave me a discount.

Poor workmanship. Had to pay another contractor to fix the flooring the proper way. Changed $2,300 for 3 hours of plumber’s time.

Organization of correct measurements and orders. Our job started measuring and purchase in October. Job with correct materials completed June 5. We were told turn around of order was 6=8 weeks then install roughly 1-2 weeks for install of shower/bath. Which would take 2 days. Not even timely.

More communication between laborers regarding flow of jobs.

I am waiting to get a reply from the young man who came out for the initial sales call because I have some questions that I need answers to. I texted him a few days ago and still haven't heard from him. I am not thrilled that he hasn't bothered replying.

The sales person answered all of our questions and he listened to every questions and never interrupted us it was a joy and we never had any doubt ,the install was perfect on time it was finished on time from start to finish we are very pleased and highly recommend them

Sub contractor had to be replaced due to crapy work and constant delays and disrespectful attitude to the owners.

I feel like the cost of the project excessive to the amount of materials needed.

I was not aware that I was left with an unfinished job! The wall surfaces needed to be patched and painted and I had to find and pay a painter $780 to do the work.

Measurements were incorrect. Originally promised December 12. Then delivered wrong size windows on February 14. One window installed that day. Finally installed the rest of the windows April 16 & 17.

Waited many months for our shower and it doesn't work. Water pouring down the. Back of our wall .

The installer failed to call us before arriving for the work on the final shower installation. As a result, we did not answer the door when he showed up. And so he had to come back the second day, but again he did not call us to give us a specific arrival time. The previous installers did call us a day in advance to let us know what time they would arrive.

I just recently called to report that our installation was incomplete or wrong. We were supposed to receive a 4 tier shelf in the shower and it was installed without any shelving. Also, we need one of the shower door handles switched from inside the shower to the outside. I would like someone to call me about this.
