There was a manufacturing flaw in the base of our shower. There is a gap in the doors. They were able to fabricate a piece to make the doors work, they aren't leaking, but there was an error made in the manufacturing.

I had a 15,000 dollar shower remodel done and almost a year later it still leaks. My only recourse may be to fix it myself and sue for my money back

The company has been great to work with and very professional.

Communication was awful, sales process was awful at the beginning- and we regret that we signed anything to start.

The salesman was pushy and the team did not show up on the day they were scheduled.

It took 5 times as long to complete!

As soon as we signed the contract it was downhill. Months of delays, product not being sent to complete the job, instructing the installer to do subpar and shady work. It’s not worth the money or the headache

Took too long to get windows,. Then did NOT do them when best for us as we were told. They wanted to come EARLY MORNING to put bedroom windows in. My husband was in hospital. This was MONTHS after we ordered them.
Brought WRONG windows had to WAiT AGAIN, to get right windows. Then DIFFERENT installer so didn't know what had to be done. We were told ALL INSTALLERS were trained by you even sent somewhere to get SPECIAL TRAINING.These guys are subcontractors working for themselves not YOUR OWN. We were very disappointed with process. Windows are fine.

The installation was on the day agreed upon, it was installed professionally and courtesy by the two installers.

When i agreed to use this company i was told it would take about 3 days. It has been a month and still not complete and no idea when someone will be here to finish.

The sales man made us feel easy during our time. He helped us get what we wanted.

We were pushed back three times. The installers were here almost at the end of the contract. They were not able to come on the second day due to vehicle problems. The installers were able to come on the third day and finished the project in half a day We have water leak that showed up today. It is small and in a place that causes no harm. I have contacted the company so they are aware of the problem. I am waiting to hear back from them to see what is going to be done about it..

Too much time waiting and rescheduling, I even called the plumber myself to make sure it was set up.

The sales rep misled us. He made it sound like we would have a team of workers and there was only one carpenter for the entire project. My husband had to help him as there was no way he could have installed the glass door alone. The 3 day project took 8 weeks and 7 different plumbers before it finally passed code. Sales rep swore we could contact him with any issues and he totally ghosted us. It finally took threatening to contact a local TV reporter who investigates unscrupulous contractors before the plumbing finally got resolved.

Had some problems coordinating plumber that cost us some money. However company paid it, it just delayed the project

Sorry but no I am embarrassed to tell anyone what I paid I seriously think I could have gotten something better and cheaper

I’m very dissatisfied with the entire process and finished product. Likely my home’s value is lower after the tub-to-shower conversion.

My whole experience has been in turmoil from day one, after the initial quote, issues arose and we were given discounts to keep the project on track, then I lost my job and wanted to move the project later after I had a new job, but was told that was not possible because products were produced for our project, I told them I still wanted to do the project, but just not until after I got a new job. This was not acceptable by Matt. if we did not do the project now, he was going to keep all the materials and charge us for half of the project and put a mechanics lean on our house. Not good customer service!
