It took 9+ months to finish our cabinet refacing with no compensation

We were put off by the high-pressure sales tactics from our first contact with this company, but decided to use them anyway. When the products finally arrived, the installer set to work taking off all the cabinet doors and drawers and beginning the prep process. He returned the next day to inform us he didn't have enough material to complete the job. All our kitchen implements were in boxes, leaving us to dig for the basics while we waited for the rest of the installation. It took more than three months before he returned. The YHIC project manager promised a 10% discount, but then YHIC stated he didn't have the authority to offer that. We were not kept informed of the progress in getting more materials, and then discovered an additional mistake in the original order of not giving us two cabinet doors with glass. Our negotiations for the promised discount were difficult and fruitless. The cabinets were ordered in August, the job was started in early December, and not fully completed until June. We know there can be delays and errors with home improvement projects, but these issues were all based on poor attention to detail on the part of YHIC, and an appalling lack of customer service to resolve them.

Salesperson was excellent and Aaron the installer was fabulous! Professional, very nice and excellent work.

I am not likely to recommend Your Home Improvement to a friend because something they said would only take two days they started two weeks ago, and I'm still waiting on them to get stuff right. For I paid like 20,000+ for a bathroom remodel so whoever came and did it, did a half job. They had to come back and fix things, and there are still things that need to be fixed. To be real, I'm very disappointed in everything. I expected a better of high quality of work for what I paid.

We had a very bad experience with our window replacement and shower expansion. Nothing was completed as agreed upon and work stopped for 7 weeks in the middle of winter. We were promised competition and received nothing.

I wish o could remember the sales rep name that came out, he did a fabes not doing that nowulous job explaining about the windows and demonstrating the benefits of them. They are beautiful! I've noticed a difference already because it is quieter in my house, I don't hear the road noise or kids who walk by my house.which usually she would wake up. She doesn't now.

One of our windows arrived broken and two bathroom windows were supposed to be tempered and “rain” obscured. Neither were correct. We expect you to make it right.

This is the third time we’ve used your home improvement for upgrades to our home. They carry a quality product

I really like all of the people I worked with! To me, any successful business is all about people. That is what stands out!!!
