The quality of work. The installer was knowledgeable, courteous and did a fantastic job.

We had a complete window replacement by Champion in our home 21 years ago and have been so happy with them. At that time, Champion windows seemed priced right and our windows have held up very well. My opinion is that Champion has a lot to be proud of with their products, personnel, and reputation.

The wrong windows were installed. I paid for triple pane and received double pane instead. Now no one is reach out to me.

Excellent windows. We especially like the lifetime warranty. The installation was remarkable. The installer was experienced and fast. Everything was cleaned up before they left. We couldn’t ask for more.

The most important aspect of the project was to have a screen door on the front. They left it out and my salesman won't call me back. I paid $90,000 for this project, and didn't get what I wanted. TERRIBLE.

From start to finish they were professional and treated me and my home with respect. They didn't just do a generic replacement but tailored the job to the way we actually live in the home.

Every step of the process went smoothly. The install guys were professional, accommodating ( early AM arrival), and very kind.

You work was less then professional. You used old products. Your sells person lied .it took two months to do a three day job . Sent felons to my home . This is a big deal because my wife and daughter both work in the justice department. You put there lives at risk.

Every person that I dealt with was very professional and easy to work with.

I just got the product, it looks good, you pay for what you get

After sale salesman did not return calls..day if installation installer did not have all the needed materials..had to make 2 trips to get what they needed. What was supposed to take 2 days took 5 days ,2 of them no one showed up nor were we informed..we had to make calls and find out what was going on..had to make arrangements for someone to be here because if the changes..also had to cancel appointments .Ron Garland was supposed to stop by and check all the windows but as if 1 pm Thursday he has not shown up..was told that we had the best installers in the company but the were pulled for someone else.thus was totally unacceptable and unprofessional and I feel 20% compensation for the inconvenience and time

My husband and I were ABSOLUTELY IMPRESSED with the window project we couldn’t have picked a better Crew. Juan & his Crew were very polite/very respectful/(no outside shoes on brand new carpet) with shoes off socks back & forth they were AMAZING. The clean up was wonderful they left nothing behind. Also I made sure I keep them hydrated with bottle water they were thankful because it was hot. So to some it up I will CHOOSE Juan & The Crew for any future window projects. Good explanation of the quality of windows versus the competitors . I like the installation, very efficient. When I had a question, it was explained.

A set of 4 windows were made backwards not once but twice.. During that period of time communicating with Champion was highly difficult.. The person who sold us the windows, Rick, returned only one of several calls asking why the delays.. The installer Andy was hard to get a hold of and returned very few calls..His mailbox was full and would not receive messages.. Andy did come out and install the final set off windows which we did appreciate..time frame was .. contract signed 4/1/26. final install .. 7/22/26.

For a project that cost nearly $20,000, I expected much better craftsmanship. The windows themselves appear to be high quality, but the installation work left a lot to be desired. Bent flashing, exposed nails, and excessive caulk smeared around the windows are not the level of finish I expected.
To make matters worse, 2 of the 11 windows were installed incorrectly, and I had to wait weeks for replacements and proper installation. The crew also left behind trash and even broken tape measures.
Overall, this felt like a typical contractor experience rather than a premium service. The product may be good, but the workmanship and attention to detail were disappointing.

I would recommend this company to anyone for windows. They have a great nationwide network and have been in business for a very long time. I found the prices to be very good as well.

The crew that installed our windows were hard workers, they worked well as a team and were respectful and kind.

i have tried to reach the number left on my voicemail in regard to fixing a locking issue with one of our windows. Each time I get a new name and a voicemail full. Also the team was great but the cleanup was not 100%. Not worse than other installs and also not the best.

The job has not been completed. I paid in full and I am getting the run around to get 4 caps that did not get installed. Customer service out of Ohio insists they have been sent , twice, but no tracking, and never received. Just send me 4 3/16 caps!
