The technician was well knowledgeed, insightful, and caring with the issues and resolved everything regarding the mechanics of the windows. He also gave additional detail about how condensation works and I appreciate him offering that type of information and making me a bit smarter lol. Overall the entire experience was a pleasure and he should be commended for his experience and his knowledge. Thank you very much.

We are pleased with the entire process, complete windows & slider. Every step starting with the sales person, Wayson, was explained throughly. Multiple updates during the fabrication and delivery portions with installation as described. The entirety of the experience with Champions unmatched warranty deserves high recommendation for any of their products.

Better communication with installation

The product and sales team were excellent but the installation team was awful. They left so much trash and building material trash around my house. There were nails and screws in my backyard where my kids and dogs play, they cracked trim pieces and broke some in half while trying to remove and tried covering it up with putty. It took them 3 times coming out to fix all their issues. They were 3-4 hours later than what the appointment times were scheduled.

Took way too long and unnecessary damages done at installation both times.

I am in the building business. I have been for 60 years. The gentlemen that were here to do the installation, were the most professional carpenters that I have ever seen. I wish I could hire them. They were outstanding. They were a couple of men from outside this country, Europe somewhere that I assume. The precision you just can't believe. Cleanliness? I just was amazed and didn't think that existed anymore. But it does. That is what sold me on that company. It certainly wasn't the price. The windows looked fairly good, but we will know in about 5 years.

Overpriced product installed poorly, poor communication and scheduling

Workers were in n out very quickly, without any short cuts. Even cleaned all windows of any dust and fingerprints.

The entire process was smooth, no problems or issues, they did everything they said they would do and cleanup was immaculate. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The triple pane glass is great and blocks out the heat keeping my house 5-10 degrees cooler

Window arrived broken/shattered glass this should have been checked at the warehouse and install should have been rescheduled prior to removing my existing windows. Installer installed a smashed window and I've had to look at a blue taped window since May 27th. This is unacceptable!

The manufacturing process did not take as long as I thought it would, at one point after about three weeks I did reach out to get an update. The response was prompt and to the point. Then a few days later I get a call saying that it was ready to install. The work was done professionally and looks beautiful made a huge difference to curb appeal, heat transfer and overall very clean and sleek looking. I thought very hard about going with a cheaper option but after installation was very happy that I chose champion.

The only thing I can say is that the installation was fast, every other aspect of their customer service is extremely poor. We have been waiting 8 months for repairs from the installation and windows made incorrectly, which we had reached out to them 2 days after installation about.
