Installers worked well together and explained when we had questions.

the grids in the windows do not line up with each pane. there were large spaces that needed to be filled in on a few of the windows. Giving me the impression of lack of quality from measuring to construction and installation. Not correcting the large gapes and only covering them up shows lack of concern for quality and commitment.

I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone even my own family!! They are outstanding!!

The installer said they were going to replace a window. Have not heard back yet.

We're completely 100% satisfied with Window Nation, even though we weren't sure about it. We were a little hesitant. However, once everything was explained to us and we settled on the deal, we were extremely happy.

I am likely to recommend Window Nation - Greenville, SC to a friend because they did a wonderful job except right at the end of working back and forth. One worker started while the other was supposed to finish but I got one window that wasn't done how it was supposed to be done. I called Window Nation and spoke with somebody and they were supposed to have someone come out and fix it.

The sales rep and installers were very polite and professional. When we had questions - it seemed that "upper management" gave a "stock answer" through the sales person and wrote us off. It took us not paying our bill to get further attention. I just wanted to talk to someone knowledgeable - I was sending pictures so figured they could talk to us about what we were seeing.

Window Nation is trying to screw us out of a screen for one of our windows. It's a double slider window, and they're saying we're only contracted for one screen. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!!??!?!?!?

The salesperson over-sold. I feel like I was led to believe the windows would be tilt in for easy cleaning but were not. I also thought that the windows would really reduce the heat getting into the home through the demonstration but now that they are installed, I feel a lot more heat than what the demonstration led me to believe would occur. Bate & Switch...Also, I was promised a gift card of $100 for going through the demonstration. I never received that. I was also assured that the finishing work would be great but it's just okay. Visible gaps in the trim.
