Still have not set up a time to come and fix my window that was installed incorrectly.

I'm satisfied somewhat, but the bathroom window has not been installed due to incorrect measurement. It has been over a month. No response. I have called once to check on widow. ??????

They were here on time, took less time to install and were very professional. Also cleaned everything up.

From start to finish everything went according to plan.

Dalton the salesperson did not fill out the paperwork correctly. When I told him what I wanted and that my intent was to keep my historic trim, he told me that he had to enter the data into his computer like that and that wrapping my windows was part of the price and that I had to tell the installers that I did not want my windows wrapped. The installers dod not understand English and destroyed the window sills and historic trim on my windows. They destroyed my Historic mouldings.
I AM VERY DISSATISFIED!

I might recommend yall if you ever pay the person that recommended me to you. I’ve called about it and she just told me 2 days ago she still hasn’t got her $500. I haven’t received mine either for buying from y’all

I would recommend Window Nation. Every aspect of the process was handled with care. Dalton, my Sales Rep, was polite and professional! He even removed his shoes without being asked. He communicated with me quickly when I had questions.

I worked with the new Sales Manager, Whit, and Branch Manager, Mike to resolve an issue. They were both diligent and customer focused in their approach.

The measurement team (Jason & Johnathan) and installation team (Oscar and his crew) team were fabulous! All were respectful of me and my home. They were efficient and effective getting the old windows measured and marked, as well as removing the old and installing the new ones quickly.

the grids in the windows do not line up with each pane. there were large spaces that needed to be filled in on a few of the windows. Giving me the impression of lack of quality from measuring to construction and installation. Not correcting the large gapes and only covering them up shows lack of concern for quality and commitment.

I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone even my own family!! They are outstanding!!

The installer said they were going to replace a window. Have not heard back yet.

I am likely to recommend Window Nation - Greenville, SC to a friend because they did a wonderful job except right at the end of working back and forth. One worker started while the other was supposed to finish but I got one window that wasn't done how it was supposed to be done. I called Window Nation and spoke with somebody and they were supposed to have someone come out and fix it.

The sales rep and installers were very polite and professional. When we had questions - it seemed that "upper management" gave a "stock answer" through the sales person and wrote us off. It took us not paying our bill to get further attention. I just wanted to talk to someone knowledgeable - I was sending pictures so figured they could talk to us about what we were seeing.

Window Nation is trying to screw us out of a screen for one of our windows. It's a double slider window, and they're saying we're only contracted for one screen. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!!??!?!?!?

The salesperson over-sold. I feel like I was led to believe the windows would be tilt in for easy cleaning but were not. I also thought that the windows would really reduce the heat getting into the home through the demonstration but now that they are installed, I feel a lot more heat than what the demonstration led me to believe would occur. Bate & Switch...Also, I was promised a gift card of $100 for going through the demonstration. I never received that. I was also assured that the finishing work would be great but it's just okay. Visible gaps in the trim.
