Everything about this experience from initial quote, dealing with HOA, installation and follow up was perfect. Really pleased with whole experience and everyone we interacted with…and windows are great at a great price. Ten out of ten all round!

The first windows we had replaced October 2024, two tinted picture windows, installers were great, but after installation there was a problem with one window, possible moisture between the panes, they ordered another window and replaced the defected one, all went great. The next windows we ordered, three tinted picture windows,one square window and two that were "custom", ordered November 2025, installation January 12, 2026, installation was alright, but after installation they noticed a bubble in one of the side "custom" windows, so another window was ordered. Shortly after this we ordered three more large tinted picture windows that were immediately below the three upper windows, also told the installation manager that they could just replace the upper window with the bubble at the same time as they installed the three lower windows. Not sure when the three lower windows, probably April, but the previous installers came out, but also had two ladies with them, they first removed the defected window and went to replace it and discovered it had not been cut properly so they put the defected window back in. Then they installed the three large windows, after the left it, one of the windows cracked the complete width of the window and it was discovered that the windows had not been tinted, so they reordered them along with the upper window. About two or three weeks later, when we had several days of heavy rain one of the lower large windows had l leak, probably chalking.I got a call that the upper window was in, but I told the Charles, the installation manager, to just wait until the lower windows came in. I got a call from Charles that the three lower windows were in but they still weren't tinted so they had to be reordered. While we were waiting we ordered three more windows, a large "raise & lower" window with two small side windows, and Charles told me he was going to send a different installer, Ezra, when these windows came in Ezra and his helper installed them and they were terrific and no problems with any of the windows, so I told Charles that when our windows came in that had been reordered, along with the upper window that had to be replaced we want Ezra to do it. The windows came in early June, Ezra and a couple of his helpers June 9th and replaced the three lower windows and the one upper window, again Ezra was incredible.

We still have windows we want to order, but honestly we're a little reluctant to order them from Window Nation and if we do I will ask them, I know your installers are contract workers, so I will request that they send Ezra.

Out sales guy told us things that were not true but, more importantly, the install of the door was done poorly and does not align. Warranty work was done to retroactively fit things but it looks like that might not be a good, long-term solution

Windows are great, however we’re having a problem getting a refund issued for two windows which could not be installed.

From the salesman down to the crew, everybody was great really highly respectful knew what they were doing. I did like that all of that.

Their windows are beautiful and keep out the noise and heat. What’s more, their window installers were fantastic at their job. They cleaned up the mess after they were done and left my house cleaner than before they came. They were also so professional and nice to talk to. I can’t recommend this company enough.

Good quality for the price and Iwe like some of the features that come with the window. Quality Low E glass and easy to clean inside and outside glass.

Installation holes weren’t used and then weren’t plugged.

I liked that everyone was so thorough. From the person who did the measurements to sales, everything was professional. I got to ask questions, and it was a great experience.

Everyone was rally courteous and helpful. The regular updates on the status of the project were great as were the responses to any questions. The whole experience was very positive.

Aside from forgetting to load our back door into thier truck, everything was good.

From beginning with Rob, to measuring to installation- I am very satisfied.

Straight forward explanations, installers explained everything they were going to do. let me take pictures, and asked if I had any questions. They were very organized and cleaned up after they were completed. They were also fast. As a bonus they played great music. ;)

The entire process was positive, and everything was just great. They put it in, and got it done when they said they will get it done. It looks wonderful, but I did have them come back to replace a screen that has a tiny slit on it.

Window Nation needs to respond more timely. I don’t know where the issue lies but when I call the customer service department and ask to have any of my contacts it takes for too long to have a response. I have contacts cell numbers and email addresses and it seems those contacts take forever to respond or not at all. The windows look great however the newest issue and it’s not new but I went through a salesman on 09/15/25, placed an order for 13 windows, approved for a loan for over $17k and then only to find out on 10/01/25 my order was canceled because I called several times asking why the installer had not gone back to take final measurements. I was told your cancellation department would call me back within 24-48 hours. I still have not heard back from anyone! I called the financial institution for this project and they had no knowledge of the order being canceled either. Can I get a straight answer? Can I get a call back today? My number is +15129230943 but you have that.

The jury is still out as I had a couple of things that need to be addressed but have not been resolved yet.

I am not happy with the moisture in my windows every morning.

Would have liked the salesman to follow up versus just handing us off to the installers and never hearing from him again. Would have been a nice personal touch to know he was making sure things were going well and we were happy.

This is our second time to have Window Nation install windows in our home and we were very satisfied with the end result both times.

The work that was done was very well done. They were very hardworking, and Window Nation - Austin, TX did a very good job with the installation, including the removal of the old and the installation of the new.

The customer service to get any issues resolved is almost impossible with almost any return calls.

The window quality and installation is good so far, installation is not complete though, waiting on correct doors and replacement for a scratched window

It all started after we signed the contract with Chris Robles. He was extremely helpful and professional, always responded to my texts. Then I was referred to Crystal - she responded only once to my text (after numerous attempts) She promised me a gift card that I never received. I have left numerous messages and she never responded. I later contacted customer service and have been speaking with Patty- who has been more attentive.
