From the first guy, the salesman, to the technician that did the work, it was very easy and no pressure. I talked about what I wanted done, and they came back with some options. We moved forward with it and are extremely satisfied with the new windows. Our old house looks modern now!

You guys never mentioned the security alarm sensors in a couple of the windows. It never entered my mind having to relocate the sensors. I wish you guys would have pointed that out beforehand.

No communication from Company higher ups regarding issues. No one will return any calls if you have a problem. Disappointments from day one. I really wonder now if I actually have a lifetime warranty. I guess I won't know til I have to call again to replace a window.

I thought these windows would be a good fit for my sunroom because it gets so hot back there, but the installation was done poorly, and I’m very unhappy with the choice that I made at this point. There are three windows out of the nine that were installed that when I open the bottom window for fresh air, the top window automatically drops this happens on at least three of the windows. After carefully inspecting the rest of the windows I noticed that there were some windows with screws that were not screwed all the way in or screws missing. I don’t like giving negative reviews, but this was just something that I paid a lot of money for and didn’t get the quality service that I felt that was presented to me and should have been given to me!

I told the salesman I didn't like only getting the best price if I signed a contract while he was here. Tells me you don't believe in your own product. By the time I decided to cancel, 3 days had passed and I could not. When I told the salesman that my screened in porch would not hold someone standing on it, he added $800 to the contract so that they could build a scaffold. I told that the installation lead person. He told me that they could install the window from inside. Then later, I saw they had a man on top of the screened in porch just standing on a board. So I was cheated out of another $800 AND they ignored my wishes. When the crew arrived the lead went over the pices they would be installing. They didn't have the green trim I asked for. They had a light tan, so the lead had to go retrieve the green. And the price is way more than I could have got through other companies. So, one star. Would not recommend to anyone.

Extremely poor communication! Window leaked in home and I had to wait too long for partial repair. Keys stuck on the door for all to see and had to wait multiple weeks to have some come remove them and replace broken locks. I felt real safe waiting for that. I’m still waiting for them to come replace the casing that got wet. I could have gotten the same or better service from Home Depot for 1/2 the cost and 1/2 time. Instead I trusted a big name and a fast talking salesman.

Window Nation performance on replacing 26 windows in our home was beyond excellent and completed the project in ONE day. The staff was extremely professional and they listened to any suggestions we made and carried out what me and wife rightly suggested. It is a pleasure to work with comtractors of Window Nation.

Today is June 14, 2026, project was began in December I think and is still incomplete.This is the worst experience I've had with any kind of home improvement. I admit we were pleased with the price and a free door, but it was really too much of a headache.

I love my windows. However, I spent my whole budget getting the beautiful windows with special sizes and no one ever looked at our windows and said "You will not be able to use the popular inside mount blinds that is all the rage."
So now I have beautiful expensive windows with cardboard U-Haul boxes for blinds. All on me for not being blind wise.

I had a wrong window installed in my bathroom, what ever happened doing the paper work between the salesperson and i it should be corrected im paying good money for the windows and still havent been taken care of yet. They were installed in April no communication from my salesperson to try an solve this, i have been blocked by cell phone.

Salesman was the most knowledgeable of 3 companies we considered which gave us confidence in Windows Nation. The whole team we then dealt with were GREAT. Windows are expensive but we felt this company gave us the best for the best product.

Basically, our experience with Window Nation - Atlanta was pleasing from the beginning to the end. Scheduling a free estimate was very easy and convenient. The windows are high quality, and their installation system is impeccable and installation was flawless. Their installation team is highly trained and windows are installed quickly. They take care to limit any dust or debris entering your home, they pick up any construction debris outside of your home and sweep your flooring surrounding areas close to the windows. They even ask customers to inspect the perimeter of your home before leaving.

The entire process went very well, since the estimate, scheduling installation, installation & replacement of a damaged screen. The installation crew was professional & friendly.

I did not like the high pressure sales. I was advised if I didn't make a decision that day, I wouldn't get the same price the following day.

Very knowledgable salesman, no pressure to buy, and large team of installers worked very hard and completed 48 windows in one day!

I was told by the guy who came to look at the old window that the new window would be installed so that the top of the window was aligned with other windows on that that of the house, but instead it is not aligned.

Seamless process with great salesperson and installers

Window nation is awesome. From Whit Breeze in sales to all the guys on Mike's team that did the instal. Everything was perfect!

There was a big talk of how customer service excelled, which is why we paid top dollar for these windows and doors—but when it came down to it, the customer service was just as bad or worse than Home Depot. The order was incomplete. I had to chase down the salesman to get the installer to even call me back with an estimated time when the order would be completed. He said he would call me as soon as he knew. I never heard from him. The main customer service line just kept transferring me to the local office, where the phone would ring and ring, and then disconnect. So, no I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This installation was phase 1 (front and side). I will do survey and rating once entire home (rear is complete).

We are still waiting for the screen for the kitchen window and someone to look at the damage done to the wall above the kitchen window. It’s been almost two months since the install.

I am likely to recommend Window Nation to a friend. We had a couple of small issues, but they were resolved, and we still have a pending issue. Although we had a couple of little things being taken care of, I'm confident they'll be resolved to my satisfaction.
