Everything from time dumpster was delivered to men starting job was done on exact time frame Keith said. Crew worked hard and did an excellent clean up job. Very pleased with work and neighbors have commented how they like my new roof

Great experience

The workers were good. The salesperson was really good and friendly. I only have one disappointment, as they drove a big heavy truck and made ruts in my grass. They were supposed to be coming back in one to three days, and I am waiting for them to come. It has been that way since they put the roof up. They did a good job, but I can't get them to clean the ruts, and it is hard to mow the grass with the big ruts in it.

They were extremely helpful, quick to respond, and easy to work with. They were an excellent team.

I recommended my neighbor and they used them already. My neighbor loved them.

They were prompt and responsive. Shawn and people he had working onsite were very attentive to small points I had and in communicating with me. I had to do roof repair work for a family member's house, and they were able to accommodate my travel schedule and get it all done. They did a good job cleaning up and pointing out certain areas. I brought certain areas up to them that they recognized and agreed to address, so they were very attentive to detail.

Keith was very friendly and helpful. He put me at ease and answered all my concerns. There was absolutely no pressure and I strongly feel he took care care of all my needs.

Keith was very responsive anytime we contacted him. He was on time for any appointments we made. He informed us the possible install date, and that was exactly when he was able to do it. They finished it in one day and before the time promised. We do have a smaller house, so I am sure that is why they finished ahead of schedule. Keith and his team have replaced roofs for other family members, and he obviously does great work at a fair price so we will continue to use him!!. He doesn't try to upsell or push you to get anything you don't want. He explained our situation and what we are looking for, and that is exactly what he did. Highly recommend him
