The crew was awesome!!! They were very respectful of my gardens and landscaping!! Bob the project manager was hands on answering all of our questions and concerns. Kenny the window wrap / metal guy was fantastic!! His attention to detail is extraordinary in a young man these days. I have never seen someone so skilled with caulking gun!! Smooth and precise not looking like a 3rd grader did it!!! Mike Vokes our sales guy was quite helpful and very patient with us try to pick a shingle color. He explained the process from start to finish.Tiffany at the office is committed is very helpful as far as registering products and any other questions.

I thought everything was great! The team tried their best to get the full roof covered from hail damage, although they did not, their efforts were amazing! Install went well and everything looks great! Only complaint was they did the install with snow on the ground and some debris was left behind. I completely get it though. I don't think they saw it.
