Great windows, awesome installer.

I was disappointed that the window manufacturer/design changed a year after install. We had to get 4 windows replaced due to hail damage and they are drastically different

Very smooth process from sales to installation. Sales rep was very knowledgeable and work with us on the pricing and timing of installation. Installer was onsite as scheduled and did an excellent job on the installation. We are very pleased with our new windows and storm door.

Josh the sales man promised my mom that he would talk to his boss to get a credit for all the schedule problems we still haven't received a callback the the install team broke sheet rock in 3 place and tried to glue it and a brand new counter top got broken on the corner and then I had to call them back out to clean the brand new toilet that someone peed on and washed thier hands in the new sink and left water and dirt all over.

Our installer, John, was very good. He did all the work by himself which was quite impressive to me. He did comment that this was one the hardest jobs he had done. The walls were extra thick and the bathtub was very big, but he managed everything by himself. He asked me before he put in the shower head and the grab bars and they have worked out great. I am very happy with my new shower.

The salesman was good at explaining everything, the installers were gentlemen & did an excellent job! I am very pleased & happy about the difference it made in keeping my house comfortable!!

If this questionnaire is based on the performance, skill and ability of the installer and the secretary and the window quality, yes I would give a 10. But because of the way the financial aspect of the experience I would not.

Good communication throughout the project. Tried very hard to finish to our satisfaction. The product is very high quality, but is expensive.

There seems to be an effort to take care of the problems that have arisen. The $25,211 cost seems rather high for a shower, but the warranty seems exceptional. Only time will tell on that part. The online ad indicated a bathroom remodel but the initial salesperson mentioned that it is only the shower. I have been told by several people that they could have remodeled several rooms for that amount of money.

I sent this in and now I want to say I am not happy with the install at all

I was told it would be done in one day. And it took 3 days to do the stall and 2 or 3 weeks later to do the door.

Very pleased with all the people I dealt with they were all very friendly and explained everything they would do our installer Israel was polite very nice young man he did a excellent job cleaned up everything before he left locked up our house and gate love the results its beautiful! Couldn't ask for a better job!
