Everything went well.

There was some disconnect between the in-home professional and the field crews. I don’t normally recommend companies but I was pleasantly surprised with Renuity so I would recommend them to family and friends.

The salesman was very informative w/o being "high pressured".

Overall experience was quite nice, windows were installed professionally in the overall experience I would definitely use them again.

The crew was on time and got right to work. They were very professional and did an amazing job in the installation. The only improvement that I would recommend is on the cleaning after they were done and better communication when they have to alter any previous structure. We had aluminum shudders previously and they cut off the all the bolts to one of the windows without considering to consult me first and I was present throughout the installation. I didn’t notice what they did until after they left. Additionally, the first crew I had about 3 months ago did a great job cleaning up all their mess after the install both outside and inside and explained to me any alterations done to the structure that was unavoidable during install.
