The project manager was extremely professional and polite, and cared deeply about my animals and their safety during the install. The two men that they sent to install the windows worked all day, Friday, Saturday and Sunday to get the job completed. Despite many difficulties they had with several windows. They still stayed very professional and polite and cleaned up their mess 110%.

The team was highly qualified and knowledgeable of their skill very courteous, answered all questions that I had. I recommend them for your home improvement as I will have them here to complete more windows.

Overall, FHIA did an excellent job, everything was as stated, windows are beautiful, workers professional, etc. I did not like the choices for sliding glass doors or the costs associated with front doors. I did not like that I couldn’t just get a quote but that it was discounted if I made my decision “today.” This makes me think no matter what, I am overpaying for the product. Quote me what it’s worth and I can make a good decision without pressure.

I recently had my roof remodeled by FHIA, and overall, I’m really happy with the results. From the beginning, their team was very professional and easy to communicate with. They explained everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure the worksite was clean every day.
I’ll admit, their quote was a bit higher than some of the other companies I looked at, and at first, I was a little frustrated about paying more. But now that the job is finished, I can honestly say it was worth it. The quality of the workmanship really shows my neighbors keep complimenting how beautiful the new roof looks!
