Mainor, the installer, did an amazing job

I was very pleased with the installation, the only complaint I have is that they damaged my bathroom door and said nothing to me about it. They put white chalk on it and left. Bad business!!!

The service from start to end was exemplary.The sales lady was very sweet, very knowledgeable. Put us at ease and really gave us a great sense that she was concerned about all aspects of the project. The installers were absolutely phenomenal. They were very nice. They were very accommodating, very polite, very professional, the tub looks great. My only issue is that the installation was on Friday, May 22nd, and today is Thursdsy, May 28th and we cannot use the tub because of a fuse issue that was supposed to be dealt with days ago. Half of our upstairs is in the dark so we are very concerned. We have called. People have taken messages, but nothing has happened yet.

We had the best installers - Manoir and Diego!! We have done numerous renovations in our 37 years old house and Manoir is the best!! He showed us the products before installing them. Very patient and meticulous. Diego worked diligently and carefully cleaning up the drywall dust during demolition. He kept our house spotless and was there to assist Manoir. Great teamwork!! We are so pleased with Manoir who after the installation took time to add his finishing touch without rushing out! Thanks for sending us your best installers!!

The installation men, Brian and Manuel arrived at 8:25 pm and Brian remained until 9:15 pm. They were hard working, professional, careful with the rest of the bathroom and covered it very well along with the path up the stairs.
Brian was knowledgeable and answer questions during the day and kept us well informed.
The new installation looks great and we are very satisfied with the install.

Our other primary bathroom has Hans Grohe fixtures so the functionality and style of the Kohler fixtures that were installed by Rite window are low end. I would recommend to my friends/family to spend more for upgraded fixtures. The shower stall's floor is a slippery material but we are told there is no option as far as material unless we install skid proof decals.

Their quality of work was impeccable. Very impressed with their work and knowledge.

The communication breakdowns experienced throughout this engagement were unprecedented in my experience with home renovation contractors. Critical questions regarding invoice discrepancies were left unaddressed, and all attempts at follow-up communication were met with complete silence following project completion. This lack of professional accountability is unacceptable.

The shower is absolutely beautiful, and functional . The construction team was very professional, protected our house, and was on time each day.

Salesman should have done better measurments including the position of the drain from the wall. That was a problem with the shower bed slab. Our concrete floors in this condo cannot be tampered with - the drain MUSt stay in the same place. This delayed instalation. Then they sent a lovely replacement that fit, but the color changed from bisquit to white so the wall sheets had to have a color change using only pictures on a phone or tablet - none large enough to actually see the product! Luckily I chose one that I liked and it was installed and looks nice. Also the prices are too high and the entire deal probably isn't worth the price I paid! It is diffiullt to recommend an install at that price point...

The crew did not seem experienced in what they were doing. We repeatedly asked them not to let the doors slam but they continued to do so. We would have used West Shore if they would have worked in a condo. One shower is not quite level in a few places. West Shore did a shower in our old house and everything was perfect in half the time

We still don’t have enough hot water to use the jets. There is very little pressure so it take a long time to get it almost full. Also the floor is slippery.

Quality product and professional install.

Very hard working. Polite. Extremely careful to not damage any part of our home when bringing material in and performing the installation.

They were very dedicated in putting the tub in properly and carefully and very skillful in doing so.Hard working men and very professional, knowledgeable and polite.

Several items left us with iffy feelings. Not easy to explain in this manner.

The overall experience is deteriorating as days pass and my complaints and warranty issues are not addressed And I am finding additional items that I shared with Funance agents.

Rite Window made our whole experience easy and worry free. The sales and installation teams are absolutely first rate. We are so happy and pleased to enjoy our new spa-like shower.

On time, I said I didn't know where the water shut off was he located outside. Introduced themselves when the got there. Laid down covers on floor, told me what they were going to do, stared demo right away, asked where I wanted fixtures. Had to come back the next day to finish because the last piece broke.

The team did a great job cleaning up inside and outside the house during the job and after it was finished. Also, they kept me informed of their progress and any unexpected difficulty.

For me, this tub to shower conversion was as advertised and was accomplished in one day.

The people that came out were so awesome they came. They did their job well and if I had a little thing that they wanted to do, they came back and they fixed the little hole that was in the bathroom on the floor.
