The work was done well, but the service was not. I was told things that just weren't true. It's been a little over a year since they put the roof in, and I had some problems with the roof. It took me a while before anybody came to look at it. I called several times, and finally, my wife called. She was real nice, and then they came. I guess they don't like it when the man calls.

The roofing was done quickly and appears good. There has been no rain since the installation and evaluation from the ground is difficult. The wrong warranty was given to me and some trim work was not completed at first. Messages left with the salesman phone about this took 2 business days to be returned. The warranty was delivered after calling the office. The trim work took 3 more calls before it was completed (there may have been reasons for the delays but I was not called about them)
