The work that was done was good, I didn’t see any issues after the project was completed. It was done how I imagined it would be. No mess behind either. However the price for a sheet of plywood inflated to $200 a sheet is crazy. That seems like the surprising money grab. Especially when a sheet cost $11-$12 at any hardware store, 200% mark-up come on guys. That added 4K to my project which should have only been a few hundred dollars. That is the reason for my 5 out of 10. Work done was 10/10, overpriced comes in at. 1/10.

I have recommended your company to 2 neighbors but I never received any credit or gife for doing so.

I was not happy with the cost of doing the roof.

The response time for getting an estimate and then getting the roofing job completed.

From the beginning of the process there were a lot of little things. Sneaky high pressure sales tactics to get you to book same day as the estimate to get a discount, then miscommunication on the dumpster delivery ( supposed to come Thursday it showed up on Tuesday and had I not been home they may have blocked me in my garage). Then the installation process that took an extended period with no communication untill I reached out and no offer of reason as to why. Then the cleanup. I expected to have to clean small things not large items of wood and trim. I have also noticed that there are extensive tar marks on the house and on my back porch which was unfinished wood. I also felt pressured to sign the final form before they finished and completed cleanup. Just overall not impressed.

Great until the project started, then no communication. Left a mess, nail everywhere. Killed a spot in the grass. Admitted job not completed correctly, was late to fix it, then only re-inspected at my request. Was threatened a late fee for not completing paperwork because they had job listed as completed in 1 day. It took 3 days over the course of 3 weeks.

I think the price of what was done was a little over what it should have been. Other than that, I would probably recommend them. Because I do like the company, and it gives out good quality work.

Stronger sales tactic used (won’t leave until you get a contract) that is usually red flag to me and don't bite..but I did. Felt we paid a premium and likey could have found a better price point at the same quality. Only issue I would tell people is to maybe have Semper Fi come out last so you can weigh the quotes against one another. Otherwise happy with everything.
