This review is long overdue, but I wanted to share my experience with Vartanian Home Improvement...they exceeded every expectation I had!!

After researching several companies, they stood out as the most qualified, fairly priced, and, most importantly, the only team that gave me real peace of mind.

About a year ago, I hired them to replace our roof, siding, and gutters. From the very beginning, Joe was incredibly thorough during the quote and planning process. Every question I had was answered in detail, and he was always just a phone call away when I needed advice or reassurance.

One thing that really stood out was that Joe provided addresses and examples of previous work, which made it much easier to visualize how everything would look on my home.

Once we moved forward, Alex Vartanian became our main point of contact and his customer service was exceptional. Anytime I had a question, I’d get a call or text back within minutes. That level of responsiveness made a huge difference.

The project was completed in three stages: roof, siding, and gutters. The roof alone was impressive as they tore it off, replaced over 30-year-old damaged decking, and installed the new roof all in a single 8-hour day. The crew worked efficiently and left everything spotless.

Alex followed up just a few days later as promised, and the team returned to complete the siding and gutters just as smoothly.

During the process, even our neighbor was so impressed that she ended up hiring Vartanian to replace her roof just days after their sign went up in our yard. This really speaks to the quality of their work.

Now, a year later, our home looks just as good as the day everything was completed.

What we expected to be a stressful, drawn-out process turned into an incredibly smooth and positive experience. I truly appreciate everything Joe, Alex, and the entire team did for us.
