I am very pleased with the roofing, just felt the charging $150/sheet of plywood was taking advantage & price gouging. Shouldn't be more then $20 or $25 of current plywood cost; especially since they went to local area store and purchased.

Regarding the plywood pricing, the charge is not based solely on the raw cost of the material. It also includes labor to remove and replace the damaged decking, disposal of old materials, additional fasteners, handling, and the coordination required to address unforeseen conditions once the roof is opened. Plywood replacement is a common contingency item in roofing projects, and pricing reflects the full scope of work involved, not just the retail cost of the sheet itself.
