The roof replacement went well with efficiency and throughness.

The pricing seemed to change constantly. We were told that a certain cost would be covered by TRC but in the end we were charged for it anyway. Not a good way to conduct business. I had another job lined up for TRC but have changed contractors because of this.

Nam and his crew provide quality work. They are very easy to work with, answer any questions you may have, and committed to their craft. Nam inspects his crew’s work throughout the process and takes immediate action to correct any flaws or imperfections he might see. His communication skills and follow up are impeccable.

Not only did they add new decking and roofing, but they installed new metal facia around the house and replaced siding that was hail damaged. They also removed and replaced all guttering all around the house, as well as repair and install new window screens We are very pleased with their work. I would recommend TRC Roofing and Construction to anyone.

Several issues with the process of roof and gutter installation. Gutters were not removed prior to roof installation which prevented proper installation of the drip edge. After gutters were removed, drip edge was repaired. Issue with gutter installation. Wrong color partially installed at beginning. Was replaced with correct color but installer wanted to be paid for the wrong color gutter as well as the correct color gutter. I wanted to keep the old gutters, but the installer took them. I was not reimbursed for the old gutters. Finally, the vent caps on the roof were supposed to be replaced as per the insurance claim but have not yet been replaced. I have been waiting since 22 November 2025. Today is 14 February 2026. The last contact about the vent caps was 16 January 2026.
