I have no hesitation whatsoever with recommending Total Roof Solutions which is a Trust Dale Certified company. Kevin Holland was my representative and he did a phenomenal job from start to finish from the initial consultation to the completion of the roof replacement of my home. Kevin took his time and made necessary recommendations answering all questions in detail. He explained the quality Owens Corning product that would be used, discussed the entire process step by step and talked about the roofing team who would perform the job. The Owens Corning product used is widely considered a top-tier, high-quality roofing product. Kevin was friendly, professional and was not a high pressure salesman. He assured me that he was not trying to sell me products that I really did not need. I have good discernment and could tell that he was truly being honest with me. I also researched the product. He returned the detailed estimate on time and beat the other two companies hands down with a fair estimate. Fair is all I ask. If you do the work you deserve to get paid. One of the other companies I received an estimate from attempted to lower their price by $4,000 when they found out that they were not going to get the job. However, their estimate was still higher than the Total Roof Solutions estimate. I did not fall for that, too late. If you had that in your back pocket you should have used it initially. Kevin sold me with his sincerity not just because his estimate was the lowest. The roofing team was on time, friendly and installed the roof expertly. There were NO surprise fees. Clean up was thorough. The Owens Corning warranty was completed for me. I highly recommend the expertise of Total Roof Solutions! Glad I chose them.

Recognized Excellence - They were all amazing. As I started this venture I was a bit skeptical since it was my second roof in ten years and I trusted no one. I gave Ray Baldree a list of conditions that I changed often. I requested all sorts of documents and had all sorts of questions and even rode out to inspect the office facilities. No matter how many times I changed the scope of work, or demanded documents for my own comfort , they adjusted. Josh came out to my house on the day of installation to make sure that every thing met my requests, and at the end when I was not quite happy with a part of the gutter system, though I made the decision, they came out and adjusted it to my satisfaction without additional charges.
