Additional Comments - This is our second home build with Tilson that should say a lot about their homes.

This is our first time building a home, so I cannot compare this experience to anything, therfore rating as an eight. Couple hiccups along the way, but we seemed to have gotten them straightened out. Also, we were not local, so a lot was not done in-person due to our location making it a litle more challenging for everyone.

Would have preferred a single price upfront instead of a piecemeal.

Overall we would recommend Tilson but would want people to understand the challenges of building so remotely

Additional Comments - They were professional. We always had a good time whenever we had our meetings. They were always prompt to provide answers when questions were asked.

They were very helpful and the builder was great. I did not like some of the contractors, such as the one who came out to do the flooring. We got a concrete floor but they didn't sweep before they sealed it, so some debris is trapped and it looks dirty.

We have been well lead by our sales person Shellie. She was patient with us throughout the process

Definitely great quality, and amazing people to work with would highly recommend to anyone

I thought the process was smooth, the home is lovely, and just the fact that I love my home. It was well built, the communication was very open and the process went very smoothly.

It all revolves around how the concrete floors were handled. Everything else was satisfactory. I didn’t even get an apology from anyone for screwed up floors.

Additional Comments - Tilson's program was very enticing when I was researching builders in Texas. After visiting the Waxahachie location, and touring the models, the quality and workmanship cemented my decision to sign with the company.

As a professional construction inspector, I expected to find plenty of things needing correction. Instead I was not able to find anything wrong with finishes, construction or equipment! All materials and workmanship were above average. After moving in there was a minor stopped up drain and a bad circuit breaker. There were no surprise extras and the superintendent kept me up to date on everything.
