Jada was wonderful to work with! She made herself available even after normal work hours in order to answer all our questions and work our change orders. Our only issues with Tilson was a surprise additional charge for slab work due to the soils in the area. Also, ours was not the first house Tilson built in this development (although it was the first house the Waco office built). I think Tilson should research the area and reach out to the other offices to see what kind of soils are there. Tilson should also work with the surveyors to determine the hydrology of the build site. Nothing was done for our site and our home was flooded. We would gladly have paid more to have our slab elevated a few inches as our one condition for this build was "no flooding"! Lastly, after the flood, I would have appreciated a pause in construction for a few days in order to determine the next steps. However, when we arrived at the work site two days after the flood, the crews were hammering away like there weren't any issues. I don't think Tilson would have even notified us about the flooding if our neighbors hadn't alerted us first.

Mariah was Absolutley Amazing, I could not have asked for a better sales consultant to work with. She was there for me every step of the way, any time I needed something, she was there. She is an incredible person!

Tilson Homes is professional in the work they do, very timely, and the home was constructed to our liking.

Mariah was very informative. She answered all of our questions with great expertise and if she did not know the answer, she would find it out and get back with us in a timely manner. The whole team at Waco did a good job in making our house building journey as problem free as they could.

Additional Comments - From the first time we walked into the Waco office we were never pressured, we were never treated with anything but respect. Mariah helped us and she answered every question with knowledge, she took time to show us around and explain how Tilson does business. She is a great asset and she has maintained that relationship with us for well over a year maybe 2 years. She has been with us every step of the way and I’m not sure we could have found anyone better to help us build our dream. She is more than our sales consultant to us as we consider her a friend.

Lauren and the engineers ruined our dream home we spent years planning! They moved our floor drain the in laundry room without our consent and didn’t make our closet the way we designed so my husband has no closet space. Also didn’t make our gun room a room so now it’s an awkward small space we can’t do anything with and nothing can fix these mistakes!
