Unfortunately, based on our overall experience, I would not recommend Tilson Homes. Building our home was much more frustrating and stressful than it needed to be. The biggest issue was the management of our project and inconsistent communication. We were often told one thing and later something different. There were also multiple instances where changes or corrections resulted in additional costs to us, even when we felt the issue resulted from an error or miscommunication on Tilson's side. We expected better communication, accountability, and customer service throughout such a major investment.
