It happened so quickly and professionally that it has removed a huge stress from us—we dreaded the roof replacement overwhelming our short summer season. Also, we appreciate the opportunity to have Three Mountain Roofing finance the cost for a year before we need to supply funds. So much simpler and more comfortable than we anticipated!

TMR was great from start to finish. We called for an estimate and within a week we had Kaylee at the house and we had an estimate in hand when she left that day! All we had to do was pick our shingle color and schedule the work when it worked for us.

I had procrastinated for the last couple years about getting a quote for a new roof due to the cost. My roof was 27 years old and getting to the point it was showing its age. I was worried every time a big storm came up that I had waited too long to take care of replacing it and that I was going to end up with a much bigger problem.

After talking to my friend, I decided to request a quote on the website. I got a call the next morning and had an appointment scheduled for a roof inspection and proposal within the week. Kaylee came out to the property to look at the roof and explain the process and materials involved. She worked up a proposal right there onsite. I thought the price was very competitive, so I signed the contract and provided a deposit on the spot. I knew it was not their problem that I had waited so long to replace my roof and was hoping they could fit me into their schedule as soon as possible. They were able to get me into their schedule much quicker than I expected, this was a big help with my piece of mind with summer storms on the horizon.

Regarding the actual roof replacement process, I got a call the day before from the project manager (Jason) to let me know when they would be coming and what to expect. We were actually out of town the day the roof replacement happened. We have cameras at the property so we could peak in on the progress during the day. The crew showed up at 6:30am and had the new roof on by mid-day. Jason kept us informed of the progress and sent us pictures afterwards showing the work to remove the roof and of the finished roof. No surprises with any of the process and no added cost. The crew cleaned everything up really well and were very professional.

The product looks good but the crew seemingly lack experience installing metal snow belting and the crew that installed the shingles cut corners missing nails, overdriving nails and not getting the overhang on the roof pitch change correct.

The estimate was competitive the person who did the estimating was exceptionally knowledgeable and patient and helped us choose options that were better for our budget and better for our particular installation. We were very impressed as far as the installation itself the crew was extraordinarily skilled they worked quickly. They were good natured, and they ran into problems, which they solved immediately and effectively such as replacing the entire roof of our garage, when they left the place was so clean, it looked like nothing had happened

How fast it was done and excellent job

Not a great job but not terrible. Definitely do not pay attention to the small details. I had to redo all my baffles because they were just thrown in and had insulation pushed up to them to hold them up instead of stapling them.
