We were told that we had 12 months no interest no payments and they lied. They put it on my credit report 12 months no interest no payments nothing but it took my credit score down 50 points because of it. I had excellent credit. I had 800+ credit and now I don’t because of their bull****.

The installation was of quality! The installers were knowledgeable , friendly and very mindful about the work they were doing.

Everything went smooth from beginning to end. This was the first time baked project for me, and everybody was real reassuring. Quality was excellent installment was perfection very pleased.

My installer John was great. He informed me about everything that was going to happen while installing the materials. He's a very clean person. He even cleaned up nowhere there was little to no dust. I would give him a Big 10 on everything.

From the first contact every individual of the Renuity team was professional and personable ~ each well-informed and highly skilled. The entire process was seamless!

Everyone we worked with called when promised and showed up when promised. The job was well done and completed well before we expected. We originally thought it would be late Feb or early March

The first shower pan was squishy and had to be replaced. The shower wall was scratched. This was due to the lack of protective film during transport.

everything went off as planned! they called to say that they were on the way,! Even though it was a cold morning for Florida the three men worked tirelessly and got the job done by the end of the day and the cleanup was very good, too. I have already recommended them to others

The new bathtub to shower is what I wanted. Suggest that installer should cover drain while working on install. My drainage is very very slow, but an appointment has been made to figure out why but not until January. So at this point its sort of difficult to give finished satisfaction survey. Also, a couple of minor items: originally didn't want the spray attachment, but it was installed; wanted safety bar at an angle, it was installed straight.

The team showed up on time. Did a professional job. However they put a tarp down under the firstvwindow, and none of the rest. They tracked in great deal of dirt and mud as it sprinkled enough to wet the ground. They left muddy foot prints on my rugs and a lot of dirt. They were polite, and the windows look great, but I wish they'd have used tarps under all the windows.

The installers cracked the floor tile and didn’t even let me know. I noticed it after they left.

Timely installation, but a little careless with existing frames and sills.

We appreciated the calls to keep us informed of the status of the project. The lack of a project manager from MaxHome making an onsite visit during and after completion of installation was lacking. If not for this, this response would have been a 10.
