The sales people were great. They came to our house to discuss the plan right from the beginning. The plan was executed for the most part as expected. The gentleman who installed the shower, Dimaryis was great. He answered questions we had, he was congenial throughout the installation. When it was discovered that a piece of the shower kit was missing he was able to find one and installed it immediately! As time has gone by over the past week, I have found a few things in the shower that need to be addressed.

First, there is a chip on the seat connected to the wall. It’s very sharp and needs to be addressed.

The seat also has what I thought was blue glue or some sticky substance that seems to be seeping out. A friend of mine thinks it's blue plastic that is stuck between pieces of the seat.

Finally, there is a window in the house that is part of the wall of the shower. Some plastic or plastic like pieces were glued around the window. It looks a little messy and part of it looks to be crooked. I hope someone can come out to my house and see what I see and fix these issues.

The experience was phenomenal from the beginning until the end, professional and attentive to all questions asked with truthful responses to what should be expected.

My girlfriends could’n wait to see my tube. I had been telling them all about . I was very impressed and pleased with the workmanship.

The quality of the Kohler product is self-obvious. Work was done in one day. Overall, we are satisfied with the experience. A few "tweaks" were noted and resulted in a "9" instead of a "10".

The installation was of quality! The installers were knowledgeable , friendly and very mindful about the work they were doing.

My installer John was great. He informed me about everything that was going to happen while installing the materials. He's a very clean person. He even cleaned up nowhere there was little to no dust. I would give him a Big 10 on everything.
