System Pavers was professional from start to finish. The job turned out great.

Better communication with us in design phase and when our design consult was no longer employed with System Pavers.

From our first contact to the finished job we could not be more pleased!

Great job done. Very happy with the installation! I love it!

This project was extremely long and plagued with poor communication and gaslighting. From the beginning our sales person over sold the project, ordered the wrong color fire pit and then blamed us. A YELP review was filled and we received one call and then we had to follow up to address the issue. Overall, it seemed as we were not a priority and our concerns were never taken seriously.

Miquel & crew did a fantastic job very professional. I love it!

I already did recommend System Pavers to a friend, and he is in contract.

Jonathon & Wade very attentive.

System Pavers completely transformed our driveway. Their staff was able to get the job done quickly and answered any questions throughout the design and installation process. Jon, Wade, Daniel and the rest of the work crew did an outstanding job. Their expertise, professionalism and craftsmanship is to be highly commended. Thank you very much!

The quality of work done seems good but after they found a problem close to finishing the last part of the project was left undone.

System Pavers was very communicative, timely, and easy to work with. The finished product was excellent.

I expressed how well System Pavers came through for us as I wanted a competent job with a good solid work crew and have the project done in a timely manner. As many asked what we were doing, I mentioned the quality of work being done. As well as the warranty.

Communication was poor in some ways

Very professional from the start.

I was very pleased and impressed with every member of their team, starting with their sales woman, Lauren! Her knowledge of the paver design is exactly what we wanted. She explained every process of the job, step by step. The company's "system" flowed with ease from great communication to completing the installation. I will be calling them back again for my next paver needs!

Very happy with the project and stress free from beginning to end

Their professional and expertise in the whole landscaping process made the job very easy and enjoyable.

Quality of work

Professional, speed, helpful, knowledgeable, cleanup.

They did a great job. and the salesman that came out initially showed us the product and everything, but the only thing that I was bothered by is when I asked For the itemized statement of the charges, what were the labor charges versus the material charges. I was told that they didn't do itemized statements, so that bothered me. The job looks great, and the patio looks great, and the pavers were put in properly, and the supervisor that was in charge of our group, Cesar, was really good, and he answered all of my questions and was always very polite, as were the team members. We didn't have any problem with the work, and the only problem that we had, like I said, was when I asked if I could get an itemized statement to find out what the charges were. We were told that that wasn't something that System Pavers did.

The were fast

My wife and I were initially hesitant from working with System Pavers solely based on the high initial quote as compared to some other competitors for our landscaping which included primarily pavers, and SP turf along with some perimeter landscaping (decorative rock or plants). This is our first major contracted work on our new home, and we wanted everything to be as perfect and smooth as possible. We had neighbors that went though horror story level issues with their landscaping contractors, and we wanted zero drama.

The ratio of pavers and turf highly affects the cost but what hooked us to System Pavers was the complete transparency of the work required for the job, the quality of their sourced materials, and the professionalism of their contracted project manager and construction team! The entire process that System Pavers follows from the in-home visits from the sales team (Christopher Lawson in our case), the online portal that tracks all of the progress and costing, as well as the final work with the management and installation teams(Jose Gonzalez and Juan Carlos) were pretty much flawless in our experience.

I don't usually spend time giving positive feedback to companies that only perform the minimum requirement. System Pavers needed to earn our business, and they won us over primarily from the pure professionalism they showed throughout this process.

Jon, Cesar and the construction team were professional, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. The reputation of SP was well represented by each of them. We had lower pricing bids but after the amount of time Jon spent with us ahead of the project, we felt that SO was worth the difference in dollars. We LOVE our new driveway. It has completely upgraded our front of the house look.

Second project we have used System Pavers to execute for us and both times we have been very pleased with the final results.

They handled everything and that made it easy for me!!

Good communications. Team managers are on the ground for details and follow ups. Fast completions.

Beautiful job quality work

Entire job was done on time as scheduled and the entire team worked together and took care of everything and cleaned up afterwards. Great group of guys

We were told there would be one seam, yet my husband noticed as they were working discovered the project manager ordered short and there was going to be 3 seams. They were not going to be honest about this and just hope we wouldn't notice.

Evriting

The crew was on time and finished the job as promised.

They were easy to work with and did an amazing job.

They were fast and friendly.

Everyone involved in the project were very professional.

Very knowledgeable, did a great job. Very quick!

Very pleased with the work done on our backyard. The sales representative/designer was lovely to work with. The work crew was professional and took great care in the installation.

They kept me informed with each step of the project.

Able to commit my vision to paper and then to a real outcome. Looks so amazing!

yes

English speaking supervisor (Project Manager) on scene at all times when work is active

The work is of excellent quality. It is easy to refer to family and friends.

Our pavers look amazing! Very impressed from start of process with Mike’s knowledge to skilled install by Alfredo and crew to follow up throughout by Wade.

Absolutely! I will recommend system pavers to friends and people in general that have already asked me about our project.

I would just recommend that they check the finished product before signing any paperwork saying that it is completed.

The guys who did the work were really professional, proposed two or three options, which was really helpful.

Very satisfied and would highly recommend system pavers to anyone wanting pavers

They were awesome. The site was always clean. There were changes to be made midway and they did them with no problems. I'm a do it yourself guy and it was difficult to hire them. They did better than I could've done. I couldn't be happier with them.

Well run, professional company

Still have not received final paperwork.

System Pavers did a very fine job and I shall certainly commend them to anyone contemplating an outdoor project.
