The team (John, Zoe and Tony) is compact and highly efficient. They're each experts in their respective specializations and were skilled at communicating with me about my individual needs, the technical details and the process before and as it went forward. I got quotes from some of the larger solar companies, but the further along I got in the process, the more I realized that everyone I was talking to from the project managers to the sales force had a poor understanding of the nuances of the project. Their priority was to sell to me no matter what. Synchro on the other hand didn't have to try to sell me anything, they just told me very matter of fact what it was and how it would happen.

yes they gave me all the cost up front. I wish it didnt take so lone to get all the permits etc. the men installing did a great job looks good on the roof.

They kept the project on schedule and were good at communicating what the next steps were, when they would happen and who would be doing the work. The quality of the work they FINALLY did was good, however, the communications from them on project status and progress was horrible. They are a very small company with no backup on critical skills, and no idea about real project management, importance of making sure the client understands and signs off on things like where and how components will be installed, or efficient time management across several projects and clients.

Very impressed. The whole process to purchase and install a solar system from beginning to end was flawless.
