Working with Sunbridge Solar is one of the best experiences I've ever had with a contractor, and I've had many poor ones in the past that have left me very cautious about getting into projects. Sunbridge was best of class in every way that we dealt with them, from planning to implementation and support. They were incredibly good about communication, something that matters a lot to me - I hate being in the dark about what's going on. They were here when they said they would be and they did what they said they would do. We had some problems with the batteries and they stuck with it and got them resolved when I know they had incredible pressure on them to complete projects before year's end and the end of the federal tax credit. I'm grateful to them and especially their lead electrician Matt. Whole heartedly recommend them and would happily work with them again in the future.

Almost everything about the experience was top notch, including and especially price. Sunbridge is a ETO partner and communication was excellent. The installation was smooth and everything is working. Couldn't be more pleased.

Very painless process. Sunbridge handled everything regarding electronics and system setup and held to their word on everything. There were a couple delays in scheduling and invoices, but nothing significant.

Sunbridge was recommended to me by 2 people that were very satisfied with their work. I was a bit disappointed in their installation work. We did get it remedied after we brought it to their attention. They also didn't pass inspection on the first go around having not done their homework on the weather conditions in The Gorge. Now that the installation is finally done, I'll see if solar has been worth it.

All through working with them, they explained the process and the advantages and disadvantages of the various options. Their workers were very professional and experienced. The work they did minimized the visual impact of the equipment. We appreciate how they give back to various communities around the eorld.

I already have recommended Sunbridge Solar to two friends. One is currently moving ahead with a solar installation with Sunbridge and the other is getting information.

They used the highest quality parts on the market. It wasn't like secondary type stuff that other companies that I got bids from use.

Sunbridge Solar did a great job from start to finish on our new solar PV system with battery storage. The estimate cost was accurate, and the installation and commissioning went smoothly. We are very pleased!

They understood the various tax credits/benefits of installing solar, and they followed through quickly with any questions and concerns I had about the installation and how to use the app. Definitely great folks to hire!

Sunbridge Solar did a really beautiful job installing panels and a storage system in my home. They were very meticulous with their work. They always left their work areas clean. I'm very happy with their work and would highly recommend them. The only minor complaint I have is that not everyone on staff were good at communication. Matt (I don't have their last name) made up for that, though. I wrote about them below.

The entire crew, including electricians and rooftop installers, were very respectful, thorough, attentive to my needs, and kind.

Well, engineered and installed.

It took a very long time for my panels to arrive because of problems in China. Once the panels arrive Sunbridge got them installed quickly at a reasonable price.

The work was poorly planned and organized. The sheet rock had to be removed three times for wiring the batteries. The electrical use of the batteries was not mentioned. Over 20% of the power generated by the solar array is used by the batteries for their operation. If I had known this, I might not have had backup batteries installed.
