The quality assurance project manager briefed us on the roofing job and did a walk through to ensure that we were satisfied with the installation. The employees were constantly cleaning up. The installation of the roof itself was done in a professional manner. Would highly recommend this company.

I would recommend this company to any one that needs a new roof done. From start to finish it was very professional and everyone was very polite.

The roof installation went great. However the crew did some damage to downspouts. I made contact with the project manager that evening when I got home. I included pictures to show him what had been damaged. It took several days and repeated calls to different people inside the company to get this issue resolved. There was also damage to a 60ft pine tree in our circle drive away from the house. I have been told it was another contractor that delivered the shingles that caused this damage. And I would have to get ahold of them. Your company contracted them so you are responsible for their actions as if they were yours.

No one, including myself, could believe it could be done in one day. But it was even though it was snowing a little bit. With all of the heavy winds we' ve had, the roof is fine.
