We were buying a home that needed a new roof in order for us to obtain insurance. The seller didn’t want to deal with the roof and fortunately our agent recommended Strategic. The quote was professional and fair and Andy said they could work with our timeline. First we were going to replace the roof immediately after closing, then when we learned that roof had to be done before closing, Andy quickly pivoted to accommodate the new earlier timeline. We came to see the house after the old roof was removed and really appreciated how clean the worksite was. The completed job looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier. The final price was right inline with what we were quoted.
