I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy getting a custom door from Strata. I was told mine would be ordered and installed by Christmas. We gave our order to Joe right before Thanksgiving and we STILL dont have our door!! I understand it takes time to order a custom product. its not my first rodeo but usually the company can give u an ACCURATE DATE for installation so u can plan accordingly. Not Strata!! Wanted to cancel several times but we were
swayed not to with broken promises. Its been one broken promise after another. lets see we have been waiting for...November, December,January and now almost all of February!!

My experience with Strata construction LLC was absolutely phenomenal. They worked with my insurance company super well to get my roof replaced quickly and their communication throughout was fantastic! Absolutely recommend checking them out if you are looking to have any work done on your roof or any of the many other projects that they offer!

I had my roof installed on 2/6, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. James Kirk did the initial roof inspection and was excellent to work with from the very beginning. Once I agreed to move forward, he thoroughly explained the proposal, including the different warranty options, and made sure I understood everything clearly.

There were several shingle options to choose from. James really went above and beyond trying to get my first choice, but when we found out it wouldn’t be available until the summer, he helped me select a great backup option and promptly worked on placing the order.

Despite a winter storm, the crew came out and installed my roof on 2/6. They were professional, efficient, and even helped shovel my driveway, which was greatly appreciated. The roof looks fantastic, and the workmanship is top-notch. I truly wish I had known about this company sooner and would highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

I wish they had put my fence and patio furniture back where it was. I had to go do it myself.
