Strata Construction was pretty attentive. With the salesguys that I worked with were very attentive, and if I had any issues or problems, they always took care of it for me. Those are the people that I dealt with. I dealt with two people, and both of those guys were very helpful when doing our quotes. If we had any issues when the job was done, they came out and took care of it for us.

Roof work appears good. I paid for a 50 year roof but have nothing to prove that fact. Also, was promised that my insurance company would be notified. I have nothing to show them. Please, follow up.

I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy getting a custom door from Strata. I was told mine would be ordered and installed by Christmas. We gave our order to Joe right before Thanksgiving and we STILL dont have our door!! I understand it takes time to order a custom product. its not my first rodeo but usually the company can give u an ACCURATE DATE for installation so u can plan accordingly. Not Strata!! Wanted to cancel several times but we were
swayed not to with broken promises. Its been one broken promise after another. lets see we have been waiting for...November, December,January and now almost all of February!!
