Your dumpster badly damaged my concrete driveway and the siding repair took months to complete because twice "people forgot to order the siding". Trey told me that nothing further could be done to repair the driveway. Stop by sometime to look at it ... its a mess.

Very professional a knowledgeable about their product and service

great customer service and timeliness and quality of work

Quick to respond to call. Very prompt and easy to work with.

They worked with insurance companies to get the roof approved.

Sloppy work done by workers. Hard to understand and talk to workers.

They where very informative

This was a very pleasant experience. The crews were friendly and professional.

I only make recommendations when asked.

Storm Guard replaced my roof. From the beginning to the end, Storm Guard answered all of my questions, worked with my insurance company and made sure I was completely satisfied with their work. Everyone that I spoke with at Storm Guard was great. I worked primarily with Tim. Tim was awesome. If you get to work with Tim on your new roof, you’re in excellent hands.

I would recommend using Cari Molher from Storm Guard Restoration. She was professional, and I got great value for what she did. I would recommend This is a company to my family and friends.

I would never recommend them.

They did a good job and cleaned up well. There was a lady that worked with the crew that made sure everything was cleaned up. I could not get up there and look, but I took pictures. We have had rain and storms, and everything works well.

Storm Guard did a great job installing my roof, however their communication is horrible especially through five months of delays.

Fast and professional, done in well under a day, and afterwards I found one small corner of a shingle, a bit of a wrapper, and a single nail on the property. For a complete roof tear-off and reshingling done that fast, it was pretty impressive how little there was left behind.

Storm Guard Roofing and Construction was referred to me and they delivered on everything they promised. I will refer them for future roofing projects.

Storm Guard team was great to work with estimates to final installation. They were on time and completed the project as estimated.

Very impressed with Storm Guard on our roof replacement. They were highly professional and communicative - way more than I would expect . They kept us updated every week on scheduling, were incredibly nice to us when discussing pricing/estimates, and they have followed up with us multiple times afterwords to both understand areas they could improve and to address any issues we would have had. Highly recommend and plan to use them for future work.

Storm Guard staff was a pleasure to work with. They were thorough, follow-through was excellent, and the workers were very tidy in their cleanup.

We were very happy with both the service and products of Storm Guard. Would highly recommend them.

Storm Guard Restoration staff was extremely professional. The quality of the work was exceptional. They did my entire 44 square job in 95-degree heat, in one day. I have a small backyard with a pool and they went out of their way to keep the pool covered and Ricky and his crew spend an extra 30 mins to rerun the magnets across my property and my neighbors property to make sure no nails were left behind. The quote that I received from Stormgurd was 20% less than the other 3 quotes I received and it included the lifetime platinum Owens Corning warranty that was not included by their competitors.

The Storm Guard team was extremely professional and accommodating. It is probably the best customer experience I have had for a major purchase!

They were very professional, friendly and courteous. They completely cleaned up their mess around my home and garage. Also, they did the work on my home and garage in one day.

Overall, very pleased!

They were very responsive, professional and worked with me with the insurance.

I couldn't have been more satisfied.

I already have.

Before we got our roof put on, I went down the street to look at two roofs that Storm Guard Restoration was doing. I spoke with one of the homeowners who commented that they liked the fact that the owner of Storm Guard Restoration, Nicole stayed on-site 90% of the time. That is when I chose to go with Storm Guard Restoration.

Storm Gaurd did a very good job. They were professional and the work was done in a timely manner.

I was pleased to have Storm Guard perform the work needed in my roof replacement and trim repair. I believe they went above and beyond expectations by coordinating and submitting required paperwork to my insurance company which was a significant help to me. Their followup to answer and address my questions throughout the course of their preparations and work was faultless and complete.

They did a great job.

Dan Peek of StormGuard was very professional even though he was plagued by labor shortages following Hurricanes Harvey and then Maria. Good crews were obviously very hard to find. Those labor problems were the only reasons I gave less than top grades - and they were not the fault of StormGuard or Dan Peek. As the work went on, Dan was on the job for us, making sure the process went properly. StormGuard inspectors required that our satellite dish be installed under our eave, in contrast to most of the other re-roofers around us. I think this was a good step and should result in better shingle and roof integrity over the years to come. Cleanup was thorough. We have had more debris blown into our yard by junk other contractors in the weeks that have followed.

From the get go, i was not impressed with the presentation and proposal aspect of the project. Too many hiccups and inconsistencies once the ball was rolling forward to addressing the contract and financial terms of the deal. Initially, the contractor (Dan Peak) had an adjuster come through to assess any damage that could have been claimed on our insurance. After the evaluation was done, the adjuster found that there was not enough substantial "damage" to be claimed. Dan kept reassuringly suggesting that he had a "connection" in the insurance business and that all would be well. The cost of the project was to only be the difference of the deductible. Well, as it turns out, and what I already knew beforehand and expected, the entire cost of the build was to come out of pocket. Then there was the issue of financing through a company the Dan had just started using instead of his normal one. After that horrible first two attempts with the first company, he decided it was just in our best interests to get financed through the company he primarily uses for his contracts. Now with this company, which was Green Sky, the duration of the conference call was full of "uhh's" "umm's" and "wells" along with general confusion jumbled together by Dan as if he had never started a contract with these people. Application approval and terms of X amount of dollars for seven years was to be determined with the outcome of the call. Seven years @X amount of dollars, this was the agreement. This was met with shocking results as we received our paperwork of the contractual agreement literally the day before construction. What we were told on the phone and that was to be paid, and what they expected was over $100 more per month. Definitely not what was agreed upon. Dan said he would correct the problem and get things back to where they need to be. Now communication from him at this point was sparse and non-informative. Once he "fixed" the general issue with above mentioned financial institution, it turned out that what was a seven year contract, turned into a ten year contract with no other input put from Dan other than the financing problem was "fixed". Still not satisfied with that, but what can I do. What's done is done.

I already have recommended you to many people.

I have already talked to a couple people about Storm Guard Restoration, and I have referred them. I am very happy with their work, their workmanship and their representatives.

Communication and work was done with respect and integrity.

I thought they were great with working with the insurance company. They kept an eye on the weather. They were very efficient. They were here when they said they would be. They kept the site clean.

Our roof was started on time, completed on time and there was excellent communication. All you could want on a large project like this. All was cleaned up well and the roof looks good.

Their staff was very knowledgable about the product and the application. I felt confident that they would get it done when said they would. The workmanship was solid.

It was beyond my expectations. The whole experience was great. They were very professional. The shingles are the best that Owens Corning.

I was very, very satisfied.

Professional team, was great to work with. Appreciated their communication and direction.

Storm Guard gave me a fair price, worked with my insurance company and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend them.

So often you hear negative stories about contractors, but Storm Guard Restoration was on time, even with chances of rain, on budges, very professional, and they did what they said they were going to do at the price and time they said. I am very pleased.

I know the owners and they are great. I have recommended my neighbors already and the company does everything they said they will do.

They have exceeded my expectations. I am very pleased overall with the results.
