We love our roof, but we were not thrilled with how our project was handled after we incurred some damage due to heavy rain during the installation. Our ceiling in our office and garage got very wet and left stains. Once our ceilings were sufficiently the company did pay a third party person to paint over the stains. We would have appreciated if more care and attention went into the follow up while we waited for the ceiling to dry. In hindsight we would have asked for a dehumidifier and large fans to be brought into our office. The inspector couldn't access our attic above our office so we were unsure of what water damage may have been caused.

Ethan and his crew are terrific. Ethan spent time with us explaining how they would replace our roof and the quality of material they would use. They arrived promptly and as scheduled and I think all went well.
